I really liked the design of my last nail so i had decided to replicate it on this set. KEN was asking questions on how he would master my ideal image and he professionally carried out my Vision. He worked efficiently and VERY PRECISELY when it came to Design on my Ring finger. Love the Vibe and Prices here. I didn't know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time. I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn't available. They booked me with someone else and I didn't even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left. When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money and I, too am a small business owner. If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can't go back to her but I can't support this business again. Jason answered my review on Google but never tried to contact me so I had no idea that they would try to fix the shoddy lash job. I had barely any lashes left (they were not very full to begin with but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings) in just a few days. I actually had friends ask me why I hadn't gotten my lashes done because everyone had gotten used to how great they looked. I never one time had this problem when Emily did my lashes. Again, if you are looking for a place to have your lashes done, I would suggest you look elsewhere. My hair stylist gave me several recommendations today and I, of course, told her my story.

When we arrived, no one introduced the stylist or mentioned any change. My daughter was taken back, and we went through the entire appointment under the impression she was with Christina. The haircut itself was not what was requested. My daughter brought reference photos, but the bangs were cut far too short and uneven, and the layering was incorrect. It was only after we left that I realized the stylist was not Christina at all. The business card we were handed when leaving said "Bailey," who isn't even listed on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a client books with a specific stylist, they should be clearly informed of any changes beforehand. We would not have booked this appointment otherwise. To make matters worse, I reached out to the salon via email weeks ago to resolve this and never received any response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. This appointment was for my daughter's birthday, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on both the service and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I would never recommend this salon.
