The team worked all day and did a beautiful job! A couple of the bushes didn't do well after the winter season but we attributed it to a very harsh winter. Unlike other reviews I read, who blamed the nursery for the trees/bushes not doing well, there can be many reasons for stress on your plants, such as weather and animal intrusion. First I have to say that I have had overwhelmingly good experiences at other Aubuchon locations, so…read morewhen I moved to the area recently I was happy to have a good hardware store nearby...or so I thought. I went to this store at the posted time of opening (7:30AM) to pick something up quickly before heading to work. When I got there, not all the lights were even on yet but the door was unlocked so I went in. I found my items that I needed within 30-60 seconds and took them to the register. After waiting there for a few minutes, an employee walked by and gruffly said, "it'll be a few minutes before we can get to you," and disappeared. I continued to wait for about 10 minutes. As the register had not even begun to be opened and I had to be somewhere 10 minutes away by 8 o'clock (and I had experienced just how long it takes for the register to get online at this location before) I walked out and left my merchandise on the counter. If you have a customer waiting, you need to assist them, not treat them like their presence is an inconvenience for you. That is the first rule of customer service. Or, better yet, have your cash register up and running before you open the doors. I felt like I was treated very rudely and as if my time was not valuable, so needless to say I will no longer be doing business at this Aubuchon location.
