I didn't like that. I found Air Doctor and read their Information. I contacted them. They replied quickly with detailed information supporting their price quote. See? Easy peasy. That level of transparency and clarity pre-establishes a small level of trust before anyone shows up. The team arrived on time, assessed my dryer and duct situation, and guess what?
