Today I visited in an effort to turn off my mother-in-law's service. (she recently passed away). My first impression was that I had "interrupted" the four associates who were all sitting and playing on their devices. One associate, named SHEILA was not just rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me. All of my questions were met with a very bad attitude from her. There was NOTHING professional about her interaction with me. The lady Myranda was very helpful and I would give her a 4 star. She was very thorough and kind, but if SHEILA were employed by ME, she would be UNEMPLOYED as of tomorrow. You really need to train your employees on professionalism. They are not an asset to your company's reputation.
