We used Aces for a local Move. They were on time very personal and carful with our furniture. I booked them using Yelp with AI help:) it was a breeze. Reasonable prices. I will use them again if I need them. And thanks again to the two gentlemen who moved furniture in 110 degrees! They were heroes that day ! read more

Waiting on all my furniture as we speak. Was called by owner 40 minutes before delivery that not all items made it on the truck. Now won't stand behind quote wants to charge me $2000.00 to bring in items sooner or I have to wait until convenient for him (another delivery out this way maybe a month or so out) for my goods. Feels my furniture is being held hostage. They were competitive in pricing with the most expensive movers, I chose them because he's a small business owner. I'm so disappointed. He may have made an error in judgment but that's his error not mine but if I want my goods he claims he can put it on a truck tomorrow to send for an extra $2k. Waiting to see the condition of my furniture delivered today. Would be cautious because he may mean well and seem sincere but bottom line I paid for a mover who's not standing behind quote and I still don't have my furniture. read more

We moved from southern California to southwest Minnesota. Michael and his team moved our household across country for us. I was amazed at The care they took with our belongings. Everything was carefully wrapped and taken well care of. On time, hard working and great to work with. Reasonably priced. Don't hesitate. Brad read more

Aces Moving Pros and our team Aeneas and Mauro were incredible! After checking with us, they arrived 30 minutes early, and went to work. Although we are located in Yucca Valley and they are in Indio, it was so, so worth the drive time. Professional, courteous, helpful - they completed entire move in 4 hours. Any little thing we asked, they did, and everything was handled with care. The entire job went like clockwork - couldn't believe it!! i so highly recommend them! The best read more

Tiffany and Michael worked with me on getting the best price to have one item moved from southern to northern California. Most moving companies will call text and email you nonstop. Sometimes I do not deal with a company because too frequent a communication is annoying. I think Tiffany and Michael were confident in being able to take care of getting my credenza here, at the best price they could and neither of us felt like we had to hound each other daily. The movers were on time and really friendly guys. They unloaded, unwrapped and took the wrapping in a matter of minutes. If I lived in southern California, they would be the movers I would call for all of my moves. read more

I wasn't thrilled with the move from Palm Springs to Las Vegas. Somehow the owners believed I would be fine with only bringing 90% of my stuff out. Then, they said they would bring the rest of my stuff the following week as they wanted to tack it onto another move. I never gave permission for that, but in the spirit of flexibility I said next week would be ok. They never came. Never called, never came up with another date. I called several times in the next weeks. I emailed them. I got the runaround. I finally threatened to dispute the credit card charges and sue them for my stuff if they didn't figure out how to bring it out. Suddenly, my stuff came in three days. The owner complained to me that he didn't make the amount of money he wanted on my move as I was over the weight limit he estimated (was the same weight other movers estimated, so it was fair). I shouldn't have had to threaten them to do the job I paid for. I shouldn't have had to contact them many times to address my move. Tiffany runs the office, but she spends the majority of the time packing, so there's no reliable scheduling and billing person. Expect voicemail, waiting, and runarounds. Will consider their own convenience above your move. Would not recommend. read more

Realiable, honest, friendly, hard workers and great with organization. Thank you guys...

Got lucky again thanks to yelp. These guys had great reviews and sure lived up to them. Bought some furniture and wanted to have it delivered as soon as possible. As luck would have it, they were available within hours and showed up on time and ready to go. Treated our expensive bedroom set very gently and very well protected. Assembled everything for us with out a hitch. I highly recommend and will use no other for future local moves. For long distance it would be a toss up between them and another I used previously. Both were just so competent and professional. read more

Couldnt be happier I chose Aces. I shopped around all the local moving companies and Aces pricing was very fair and straightforward. Tiffany got me all set up in the scheduling department and the next day Julio and Showed up right on time ready to rock. These guys put in a 10 hour day with a great positive attitude, non stop hustle and carefully got my move done right on time. Highly recommend Tiffany, Julio and Nas from Aces Moving Pros read more

Very satisfied with my move. Local move within the valley and everything was handled carefully and on time. We found some minor furniture damage which the company took care of quickly. That's what I think makes them a great, customer friendly company. Being the most competitive didn't hurt, either. read more

Tiffany with Aces Moving was responsive and communicable. I had a 9:00am appointment for the scheduled small move. They arrived early at 8:40am. Jesse and Nas Began the load out of boxes promptly. The large items were wrapped/protected and loaded. Our massive cal King storage bed, was disassembled by Jesse. I applaud his hard work for doing so without any manual for direction. however, with loosing time the guys didn't wrap the bed and there was some small damage to the wood on a sliding door of the headboard. Jesse then constructed the bed back to (almost) original set. These movers did an outstanding job earning a gratuity for the quick moving job and saved us the energy for unpacking. Thank you Ace Movers for performance and competitive pricing! read more

Don't expect a call or email back from these folks. Gave a move date and time, 3 days before liftoff tried to get them to reconfirm. Never responded to anything. Had to (and thank goodness they saved the day -Robinson's Movers) call another company 2 days before. Too risky with such a stressful task. read more

This company was wonderful, prompt and extremely skilled at helping me put together an Amazon bed and switch out a box springs for a shortie box spring on a Cal King bed. It is always "uncomfortable" for me to have strangers in my home - but the gentlemen that they sent over were more like working with a friendly uncle. They also had a great eye for furniture placement and made wonderful suggestions. I was also able to load their truck up with junk to haul away. I was so grateful. Very nice group to work with. read more

I've had no reply to the damaged products during my move. I have called twice....not feeling they will replace what they damaged. Movers left without me being able to do a walk through.....I am still hopeful they will step up and fix things. read more

Mike, Nas, and Brodie were pros. They moved my stuff so quickly and carefully. Since moving to the valley they've helped me move homes 3 times. This time was tough because I had them move my stuff upstairs. Mike is a Tetris pro he somehow fit all my indoor stuff and patio with barely any room to spare on his 26ft truck. He was careful the entire time and they handle all my TVs and mounting needs efficiently. Awesome group of guys. I would use them again and again read more

I so appreciate Aces Moving Pros! Mike and his team were very professional, efficient, and just flat out nice! They handled all of my furniture and belongings with care but were also very quick to move all of my stuff - I was impressed. Mike is great with communication and does what he can to make you happy. I also had the pleasure of seeing their new warehouse, which is air-conditioned and massive! It too was impressive. Next time you move, make your life easier and hire Aces Moving Pros. They really are pros! read more

Aces Moving Pros recently assisted me with storing and subsequently moving my household items to my new home in Cathedral City, CA. Their storage and moving rates were reasonable, the contact person (Tiffany) was professional and responsive, and the moving team (Michael, Luis, and Nas) were on time, efficient, and very careful with unloading and unpacking my belongings, some of which are fragile and/or irreplaceable. I would not hesitate to contact Aces Moving Pros for any future moving/storage services and would definitely recommend them to friends and family! read more

We just finished our third move with the careful moving pros at Aces. We have several pieces of antique furniture and they were exceedingly careful with everything. These guys are not only amazing movers but they must take happy pills before each move as they are exceedingly pleasant to deal with. Like most of the Yelp reviews, we can't say enough about these guys and how careful they are. It just wasn't the movers but the office staff was very helpful in that we had to change the moving dates and it was no problem. No other people to call to help you move. Phil read more

Beware of working with Robert, one of the movers, if you are a single female. He was incredibly insulting toward myself (commenting on "bags under my eyes" amongst other jabs) and the property I was moving into (calling it quote "ghetto"), and made the move in process extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and upsetting. If I were a man or had one with me he would not have said these things, and this was straight up harassment and abusive behavior. I spoke to the owner after but I feel the community has a right to know as I do not want local women and others to endure this situation in an already stressful time of moving. read more

This was our 2nd time using aces moving and yet again they did a phenomenal job. We hired the team to load a uhaul truck for us as we were moving away from the Valley. My brother and I reached out to a handful of moving companies as we had to hire one for a move by a certain date, as our father unexpectedly passed away and he had his home recently sold. The price quote we received from Aces was by far the best price given when compared to their local competitors. On top of that, the owner Michael, wanted to come and see everything in person prior to providing the quote, which shows a lot of care for what they do. Tiffany's communication from beginning to end was absolutely amazing and she answered any question or concern I had. The crew arrived right on time and were extremely respectful of all of our items that needed to be moved. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable the entire time. They even did some things that were not included in our original discussion without a problem, like taking down a chandelier that we could not do on our end. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs a moving service. You will not be disappointed, and believe me, I am one who likes to research and shop around a lot! Thank you Tiffany, Michael, and crew for everything!!! Keep on rockin'! read more

If your looking to have your belongings destroyed and missing then these are the guys for you. These clowns broke my brand new 65 " TV still In the box, multiple plates and dishes broken Along with missing small kitchen appliances and bar alcohol. To add insult to injury these morons disassembled our brand new treadmill And did not reassemble, along with a multitude of missing parts. I get a hold of them as we are unpacking 275 miles away and told that there is nothing they can do, when first hiring them told that they do have insurance for damage, it's ok I'm headed back down that way in a couple weeks See ya soon read more

I recently moved from a two-bedroom townhouse in Palm Springs to a one-bedroom, second floor apartment in Palm Desert. Their price was wonderfully affordable with no minimum time requirement. I had little furniture and I'd packed all of my boxes in advance. The movers arrived on time, were pleasant and professional, and didn't spend any time loitering or "padding" the bill. All of my belongings arrived at my new address without damage. This was one of my most care-free moves, and I've moved a lot! I couldn't recommend them more highly! Ken W read more

I called for a crew to move two large pieces of furniture. They were to pick a hutch up at one home and a dining room table and 6 chairs from another and then bring them to my home. I had an appointment for Saturday, 10/24 and they were supposed to pick up at the first stop between 2-3PM. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AND THEY NEVER CALLED! Michael and Tiffany Romero run a five star moving company. I can't recommend them highly enough! We had originally scheduled our move for March 31st but given the daily news of corona virus we accelerated the date four different times. Each time I called Tiffany to move up the date she was gracious and accommodating. The last time I called, in a panic, I requested they come the very next morning - they showed up at 8AM ready to go. Robert, the foreman, is a saint from heaven. He has been in the moving business for 31 years and his positive personality and expert professionalism are admirable. He and is assistant took loving care of our cargo and promised to personally deliver in a few months to their final destinations.
