I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump. I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks. Jose came by and filled the two cracks - he was very knowledgeable as well, and went through everything with me. I did have some water come through a week later after a heavy rain, and he came back to inspect and look further into the matter. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. I googled foundation repair, and a number of companies popped up and I started calling around. A few of them refused to even come out and quote me and others were just plain rude when they arrived!
