Two…read moremornings in a row they didn't show up, even after multiple calls and confirmations saying they were coming they didn't show up, one of the mornings they didn't even answer the phone. One of the days I was able to still get him there and one day he completely missed. When I spoke with them it was an attitude of really not caring about the impact on my son and the stress on me as a parent. It was a 300$ camp and it was the one my son really wanted to attend. If you are running a tax service but can't manage to pick people up as per pre scheduling and meet clients needs you shouldn't be in the business. I had to take my business else where. I really hope Uber comes to our area soon.

I had an issue with this company after they claimed my address and phone number were on their "do…read morenot service list" I did nothing to get on that list and the receptionist while being very rude, told me that I was some woman I've never heard of and that I called a cab, didn't show up for the cab and called back being rude. I've been a loyal customer over the passed 2 years and I have given management over 3 weeks to call me and resolve the issue and they haven't. I'm kind of glad they didn't, after the way I was treated, I don't want to give them any of my money. I ended up using First Choice taxi here in Cobourg and they are much more proffesional, with clean cabs and a very friendly receptionist. The cab drivers at First Choice are always clean and proffesional. A1 taxi, is kind of slummy. Their cars are old and sometimes the cabs and the drivers smell terrible. I've taken cabs with a driver who was a homophobe who took it upon himself to tell me his opinions on homesexuals and how he would "bash them". I called about this about a year ago and I never recieved a call back. There are a few cab drivers that smell like B.O. and old urine. One clearly should be on a respirator. It's just a trashy, poorly run company. They never show up when they say they will and I have never had this issue with the other company. I'm kind of glad they were rude to me and didn't do anything to resolve the issue. I never would have found the other cab company.

He did stop the meter when we arrived at Starbucks and he did ask us if we wanted anything when he stopped. He got coffee for himself while in there. He played terrible music. His driving was as you can imagine it would be if a person is always scrolling through his phone as he drove. I would not recommend Blue Bird Cabs-based on this experience. No matter the weather, myself, and local customers are their primary concern. This ensures we get to work, Doctor, hospital, and lab visits, on time and in safe condition. Community living, children's aid, special requirements, and ODSP booking are also provided, should we need the service. Delivery service for food and beverage is available and they are the only local service that can legally transport LCBO and Beer Store products. They offer wine tours, special booking for weddings, when not servicing regular customers. Their rates are reasonable. When asked, why do I use Terry's service, I simply respond : "I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM" That is the highest service compliment I can offer. "Great work Terry!!!
