I've been coming here every few weeks for almost three years to buy shisha because they sell everything needed for personal hookah use, which is a godsend because they are the only place in Harrisburg that sells Al Fakher and Starbuzz which are the two best shisha brands. I don't know if Dan is the owner, but he is the super friendly and professional, and has even given me samples of shisha and different types of coals to try before buying the whole pack. Their food is awesome and their sound system lets you plug your phone in to play your own music, which no other lounge lets you do. And they also accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. It was a great presentation and was very ample in its portions and the winner of the evening. We were both very full at the end of the meal but life is short and so I ordered some namoura for dessert which was a dense cake, saturated with a honey sauce and topped with a pistachio glaze. It was a great dessert - solid and sweet but not too sweet. The ownership of the restaurant had recently changed hands which accounted for the barebones menu and hopefully that will change with some descriptions and pictures because if one is going to venture into a new cuisine, why not give future diners a 'heads up'? We then ordered little neck clams and six wings extra crispy with mild sauce. The clams were flavorful but overdone and not worth the price. The wings were medium sized and crispy and the mild sauce was excellent, just could've used a little more on the wings. Service was good and prices were a little high for the quality. I'd like to go four stars, but we're not there yet. We will stop back and try some other food and enjoy the views this summer.
