When my AC went out in the middle of summer and my thermostat was reading 84 degrees, I practically had to beg them to send someone to fix it. On top of that, my rent increases every year, and there are random additional fees that are never clearly explained. While I truly love the townhouse itself, I am choosing to leave solely because dealing with this company has been such a nightmare.
