I am satisfied with this outcome. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Classic bait and switch pricing ! I needed to buy set of golf clubs for my granddaughter. After locating a suitable set on-line, I called Golf Galaxy on Monroe Street, near Toledo to verify the set was in stock. I was assured it was. So I drove to the store. When I arrived at the store, I told the sales rep. what I was looking for. The golf set I had chosen was listed on the store's web site for $249.99. The rep. took me to a set of clubs that fulfilled what I wanted. The price placard that was sitting on top of the display showed a price of $249.99. Believing it was the set I'd seen on-line, I agreed to buy. When the sales rep. rang up the sale, it totalled $407.54. I asked how he arrived at that price when the club set was priced $249.99. He told me the price on the placard (that was right on top of the display) was incorrect. He said the actual price was $379.99, though that price did not appear anywhere on or near the display. He told me the set they had listed at $249.99 was out of stock. He would not sell me the golf set for the $249.99 price that was on it. I contacted the Golf Galaxy corporate office to lodge my complaint. I was told the store manager would contact me. So far - nothing. I checked Golf Galaxy with the BBB. The store has an "F" rating and several hundred complaints. I've added mine to that number. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere. P. S. Golf Galaxy and Dick's Sporting Goods are essentially the same store. So be forwarned.

buckle your seat belt…read more I brought my 7 year old son into the store to buy a baseball bat. They have a cage for you to try out the bats. My son fell in love with one of them. The employee near by said that she could offer me the bat at a discount since there were no others available in the store. She asked her manager. This manager, Brandon, had zero customer service skills. He never said hello to me, didn't make eye contact. He said, "nope you can't buy that because it's probably available online" If this is Dick's policy, okay. It's a stupid one. I may have said, barely above a whisper, "that's bulls**t and you know it." Then he stepped up to my face and began berating me about my parenting skills. What?!? We then went to a nearby dick's and they at least 20 of that bat. (Would have been nice to be told this by instead of "it's probably online") ive worked retail - when you are out of inventory, you can buy the floor model. Further, they had at least 50 youth bats n the cage (all with prices, barcodes, etc) and, get this, 4 youth bats in stock. The policy aside, the rudeness was completely unacceptable. (Btw - here is a picture of the number of bats, same type, at a store 2 miles away.

I needed to borrow a club just to get a few swings in - another golfer told me that they probably had some, but locked up of course. * grass tees * yardages well marked * small custom/ repair shop (active?) * putting/chipping green * ball machine dispenser takes cash (no change given) and debit/credit cards. * covered lesson bay I'll definitely try to stop by again on the next trip - with my own clubs.

I made those jokers send their treadmill back to Utah. You don't make an appointment and break it with me much less 3 appointments. Enter American Home Fitness. Jen was able to assist me in picking out a model while we both adhered to COVID-19 safety protocols. She set up the delivery and assembly with her company and everything went smooth. They kept their 1st appointment, the installers were knowledgeable and utilized safety protocols, and we maintain distances and they got my product assembled in no time flat. I chose the True model PS 300. I am more than satisfied and I highly recommend American Home Fitness.

had a T-time set up for 6 people. 2x3 seasoned players. got scolded before playing because they…read morethough we would take to long with our 2 groups of 3. wile we waited for the first hole to open up from players, the same lady came out and sculled us again saying she knows we will play together and will slow down. she was ready to kick us out. first couple holes we played very fast and didn't talk as we had the grounds keeper fallowing us. we had to wait at each hole for others to finish there game. we did our 9 and left to go to a different corse so we could enjoy the day and golf. that is not possible here
