TLDR: Skylar (I believe was his name) in the lot was is excellent employee and even better person!…read more lI'll start by saying I'm not usually a Lowe's customer, but they had tiles my wife loved so we got them and had them delivered. There were some complications with the order, so I had a large return that I had to load in my truck and take back. I'm a disabled veteran and this was a lot to load and unload. When I got out of the truck I asked him if he could give me a hand unloading after I found a flat cert and he said of course. He helped me unload everything, and pushed it into the store. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond. He is HANDS DOWN has the best attitude and was the most helpful of any Lowe's ever employee I've ever encountered. If there were more like him, I'd probably shop there more.

I have been a loyal Lowes customer for almost twenty years. Both here and in Massachusetts until…read morenow. Back in March I ordered a washer/dryer for my home in Florida. I had snowbirds in and needed to replace mine as it died. They were to deliver, install and remove the old unit. They arrived and drove off. When I was made aware I called the distribution center who told me, in one, four different stories why it couldn't be delivered. The snowbirds were not home, lie. The snowbirds turned the delivery away, lie. A screw was missing from the old unit so they couldn't take it, I don't know what that meant. The new one was damaged, I doubt they took it out of the box. I was then told that Lowes isn't responsible for their delivery service as it's an outside company. It took days for the new unit to be delivered and I had to pay another person to remove the original. I also had to give the snowbirds compensation to avoid a bad review. After all was said and done I once again reached out to customer service. They agreed that the service was subpar. I was given a e-gift card. Two weeks later I went to PCB and went to Lowes to purchase a kitchen faucet. When I went to use the gift card the cashier said it was empty. I called customer service again explained that I had not used the gift card. The rep opened a file and escalated the matter. Weeks later I received and e-mail stating the gift card had been used. NO KIDDING...I responded back once again explaining I didn't use it. A return email said they'd look into it. After a week I called because no one got back to me. The CS rep once again escalated my concern and said a supervisor would call me today, another lie. I got this in an e-mail: If you believe the card was used fraudulently, Lowe's recommends filing a police report so our Asset Protection team can initiate further research. Please reference Case # and provide a copy of the police report and any related correspondence. These documents may be sent via fax to 336?658?3209 or emailed to dco907@lowes.com. Additionally, law enforcement will need to submit an evidence release request to the same contact information. The request must include: Signature of the investigating officer Completion of the 5 Whys analysis to determine the root cause Printed on official department letterhead Officer's name, phone number, and email address Once Lowe's Asset Protection receives the evidence release request, the information will be reviewed to assist with the active investigation. We understand this process may require additional time and effort, and we sincerely regret the frustration this has caused. This all started because their service was horrible and cost me money and time.....One star isn't low enough. Now a Home Depot customer. They'll get the thousands I spend per year.
