We were shocked with the amount of choices and the size of the place! The prices were less expensive than the other 24 places we went to for the SAME FURNITURE! We stopped everywhere (Ashley, Lindsey's, Rooms to Go, Hanks, Fowhand, S&S, Salty Mermaid, Home Goods, Factory Direct, The Beach House) and hands down this had the best prices! Everyplace told us 5-7 weeks delivery. The Shore House you buy off the floor, choices change daily and inventory is amazing! What you see if what you get. Furniture is high quality and unique. Great coastal decor and colors. The Adirondack furniture choices and prices are the best in all of PC and PCB. We bought our queen size sleeper sofa, outdoor furniture, free standing 7ft mirror and rug all in one stop! Highly recommend and won't go anyplace else! Delivery is cheap and FAST!!! I worked with Adam and he got me everything I needed and graciously changed my delivery date twice. Scotty and Josh delivered all the mattresses and were super friendly and professional. The attached the bed frames to two headboards that I already had, put bed skirts on, and took 5 twin mattresses up spiral stairs - all with a smile and a good attitude. The mattresses are super comfortable, all family members gave a good review. I was referred to Factory Direct by my realtor, who also manages many rental properties along 30A. He told me the mattresses are a great quality and good mattress reviews are important for rental homes. I definitely agree and since I'm a picky sleeper and need a good mattress, we shouldn't get any negative reviews with these mattresses.

Waking the other person up. So we called back to see what the difference would be for a split king with two mattresses and after paying 11k (even after the Labor Day sale said 60% off, we got 500 off.) she added another 8k!! Making a freaking bed 18k!!! That's the price of a boat! I even asked what that 10-11k price was on the laminated sheet on the bed and Annah, said oh no. That's not the price at all. Wrapped up at the register and yep. It was actually 12k. When we told them we would like to return the mattress and frame in less than one week after having it, they said we couldn't return the frame which was 4k. Beware. These people are worse than used car salesmen. We found a split king nectar and sleep number with remote, cooling, massaging for 5k and 4k all in and with free financing. Mattress Firm on 23rd is a JOKE. There is a reason Annah has her awards on her desk. She's a sheister. And the Manager. Also a joke. Would not even give us her last name when we asked to speak with a regional mgr.

Since we've had this property for going on 5 years, we've never had a roach in our house. Last night, we're 10th on the list for delivery. They package up the previous drop off's mattresses in the same truck as the new mattresses and the old ones are NOT sealed. When the delivery folks got here, they didn't check a thing, the pulled the new mattress out, brought it in, unwrapped and dropped it in and then put the plastic around the old one and took it away. Not even an hour later, my wife feels something crawling on her and flicks it to the ground. We hit the lights....it's a roach. We also found another roach in the hallway. We called the store and they had corporate call us. Corporate woman said that they always check the beds, and I told her that they didn't do such a thing last night as I stood there and watched them. I was at the back of the truck less than 2 feet from the opening, so I'm close enough to watch everything. They just lost our business and I hope others see this. This company might have a process on paper, but they absolutely do NOT enforce it and when someone calls with a complaint, they double down that they did nothing wrong. What happened to providing quality products and services? We will never use Mattress Firm ever again!

There'd been nothing other than that couch sitting on top of a piece of flooring that was scratched up, but the service tech came out and of course, found nothing wrong at all with this piece of furniture so I'm not only out around three grand for the furniture but have to have my floor repaired at my expense as they came up with results that there was nothing wrong with the mechanism. As noted, there's been nothing else on top of this piece of flooring, other than a reclining piece of the couch, which scratched up the flooring. We even placed felt pads on every contact point on couch to give some life away from flooring so we don't even use the recliners now. Pretty much figured they'd come out and discount anything that we had to say about this. Will be furnishing another place in the future, but will definitely not be purchasing from Rooms To Go in Panama City Beach Florida.
