My expectations were exceeded from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted upon entering and the showroom is a sea of beds to try in every style, firmness, etc. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and actually concerned with what I was looking for. They never tried to "up-sale" me and was their patience was refreshing since honestly I was going to be sleeping everynight on whatever I bought for the next 10-15 years. I bought the bed and paid to have it delivered\setup basically because it was insanely cheap and my house is two stories. The day they were delivering, that nervous feeling returned.... Wandering who I was about to let in my house. Once again two polite gentlemen, concerned about making my experience the best possible, setup the bed and hauled my old mattress away without grumble one. Overall the entire transaction was pleasant and flawless from beginning to end. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone. Brick and mortor\local business would flourish if they took notes from this company. Thanks! See you in 10-15

The salesman was great and definitely knew his products. He basically had me sold when he offered next day delivery! The delivery team (Matt & Corey) did a fantastic job; they were in and out in just a few minutes, even hauling off the old set. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

Supposedly you…read morehave to keep it for a mandatory 30 days before saying you want to swap etc. We knew in one week this wasn't the bed for us. The frame jiggles if you even move your foot. Waking the other person up. So we called back to see what the difference would be for a split king with two mattresses and after paying 11k (even after the Labor Day sale said 60% off, we got 500 off.) she added another 8k!! Making a freaking bed 18k!!! That's the price of a boat! I even asked what that 10-11k price was on the laminated sheet on the bed and Annah, said oh no. That's not the price at all. Wrapped up at the register and yep. It was actually 12k. When we told them we would like to return the mattress and frame in less than one week after having it, they said we couldn't return the frame which was 4k. Beware. These people are worse than used car salesmen. We found a split king nectar and sleep number with remote, cooling, massaging for 5k and 4k all in and with free financing. Mattress Firm on 23rd is a JOKE. There is a reason Annah has her awards on her desk. She's a sheister. And the Manager. Also a joke. Would not even give us her last name when we asked to speak with a regional mgr.

After they delivered we discovered multiple issues with the table and chairs. After talking with Darby she informed me they sent us a showroom set from the Destin store. Then Nathan the manager proceeded to be more difficult to deal with. I also paid $600 for their warranty and now they have not called me back twice so far about getting it repaired. At the end of the day I guess they will not keep their word and they are very disrespectful.
