They don't even know how their own Corporate HQ handles deliveries with their own 3rd party vendors. Beth- one of the sales people is a snarky make excuses at every turn while trying to make you think that you are being pushy when you are just asking for information. The dept asst manager (if you get him on the phone) Mason will leave you breadcrumbs of help with lines like "let's see how it goes in the next couple of days, call me back directly and I'll take care of it for you personally". Then when you call for what you think will finally be some assistance after WEEKS of an item not being delivered, he will dodge your calls. And when you ask the poor lady who actually answers his line with "Is he there" & "is he telling you he doesn't want to take this call" and she says "uh huh"- tells you all you need to know about this "manager". I've been in touch with customer relations who was very interested in the timeline we experienced. Seems this isn't the first time something like this has happened with these people I mentioned . And before you dismiss this as a Karen rant I'll leave you with this: I was super nice and understanding with them for WEEKS until Beth the sales associate was super snarky and dismissive to us at which time the Asst Mgr took over and started his bs. Also as an update: Little Miss Snark Beth also went into their scheduling program and cancelled an appointment we had on a covered item that we had scheduled to fix an issue we had with a prior purchase. But that's ok because when I mentioned to corporate about the whole thing, they looked it up and saw that she was the one to do it. They were not happy about that. So something tells me Beth will get hers in the end. Also shout out to Mason for that call back, (eye roll)
