Clerk was unhappy that manager/owner was not there. Clerk attitude toward me was unhappy that I was there needing help for repair - not my fault that manager/owner wasn't there. Store clerk took my name and number and didn't know when someone would service appliance because it was starting summer with summer residents needing help. It's now been six weeks and no call. Questionable if I would ever buy an appliance from this store again. I am year round resident and even if I were a summer resident, I would not expect the clerk's attitude and lack of service by store.

A complete surprise: at our home base building centers are way overpriced. These guys get it--they are competitive with a knowledge back-up.
