Karla did a supurb job keeping me informed of the start date (delays because of the heavy rains,) The team built a board on board fence with a lattice topper to replace a partially fallen existing fence, as well as two side-entry gates. Both side yards had shrubs, plants, and small trees on the property line. The team was very careful working around them to minimize need to trim. The 2-3 man team worked very efficiently and completed the whole project in less than 3 full days. Worksite was cleaned up at each days' end. Excellent communication from start to finish, and a nice follow-up text from the owner. Disclaimer, my neighbor wanted to get our shared fence redone and he was the one that sought out…read morethis company. I just paid for my half when the new fence was up. I have no complaints about the fence. They finished everything in one day. With that said, I am deducting a star because the crew tripped my breaker box. They plugged in a battery (Milwaukee? It was red. See photo) to the outlet I had a licensed contractor install to a recent closet extension in my backyard. I'm not sure how they even found that outlet as it's not close to the shared fence and is hidden by the A/C unit. I'm also not sure why they were that deep in my backyard when they were just supposed to be working on installing the new fence. If they had simply asked for permission to plug in the battery, this wouldn't have been an issue. I saw the battery charging as I was checking on the progress of the fence throughout the morning and thought nothing of it. It wasn't until that evening where I noticed that all the outlets in the back room didn't work that I started questioning the reason for the outage. After racking my brain and attempting to reset the breaker box, it dawned on me that it was because one of the workers was charging their battery. I don't know the voltage of the battery that they were charging, but it was too much for that outlet. They should've just used an outlet from my neighbor.
