Mr. Taylor himself came out and met with me when I needed a new unit. He explained everything to me and made sure my family was taken care of. Fast forward just a few years later, and I hear the company was sold. This is painful apparent in the service. It takes several phone calls to even get through to someone. The voicemail is full and you cannot leave a message. After calling several times, I finally reached someone on Monday, July 6th. I let her know that my air conditioner ducks were sweating and leaking water into my bedroom ceiling. So much so that the sheet rock was wet and we had to cut it out. I requested someone come out and take a look As soon as possible since I now had a big hole in my bedroom ceiling. Several days went by with no communication. I waited 2 days and called again. I was told I was on the list. On Friday I called again, Explaining my urgency. I was told that someone would call me back in just a few minutes to let me know if they would be able to get to me on the weekend or the following week. I never heard back. Today is July 19th. I have lost hope in ever hearing back from someone. This is pretty disappointing since I just bought my new unit a few years ago. I worry about any warranty issues that may come up. My boss had the same issue. He called to request to have AC filters changed in several units in his commercial building. He was told someone would call him on Monday, July 13th to schedule. He never received a call. I'm confident Mr. Taylor would be disappointed to see what has become of this once great company.
