Henshaw Electric has done multiple jobs for me from small troubleshooting to large projects and has even solved problems that FOUR other contractors missed. They were always on time,always showed up,always clear about the scope and cost of work and they were always the best price. this is why after 3 jobs I quit calling for other quotes. (see http://tiny.cc/jhenshaw) Now, let's be honest, We all want the most for our pennies and we may think that hiring a handyman to install "simple things" like fans make economic sense. Think again. Hiring a licensed electrician is not that much more (Last i checked Henshaw Electric charged $150 per fan; the half-wit handyman I hired through craigslist charged $100 per fan. SInce I had to get Henshaw to re-hang said fan it actually cost me $250), He also grounded all the plugs in & around my computer and installed a surge suppressor in the electric box to safeguard all my stuff. And yes, a licensed guy will charge a few bucks more but they are worth every penny. I can sleep at night knowing my fan or stove or whatever isn't going to burst into flames.
