The gentleman who took my call offered up several options for this week, and I selected this morning at 9 a.m. As promised, Tyrone showed up at my in-laws' home to wash and then spend over three hours meticulously detailing their SUV. They were BLOWN AWAY with the result; moreover, they said that he was a consummate professional: discerning with his craft, kind, and an excellent communicator. I should have looked closer at pick up but on arriving home I saw all kinds of bug stuff on the front of the vehicle. Waterway gets this sort of stuff up in a simple car wash. These people WAXED over the bug stuff which just takes a simple cleaner to get out. There was residue in my screens in the car causing the mileage gauge to be blurred not to mention spots all over the windows. This is just what I could see. Not only were things absolutely untouched but the manager proceeded to scream at me on the phone when I asked the issues be corrected "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT". I explained I wanted the detail I paid for. I was told I could bring the car back. Of course I had already been without my car for a day and paid to Uber from the location at drop off and pick up. While they certainly offer the service of coming to get your car online for a fee they were shocked when I didn't want to be out further costs to fix their mess. Ultimately I chose to buy online cleaner and shocker it all came off with little time and effort. If this is what $300 buys you I can only imagine. Never ever go here.

When I arrived, they were ready for me which was great. Two gentleman tackled my car and got all of the crooks and crannies that im unable to reach. I sat in the lobby and worked (legit WiFi) and it took about an hour and 10 minutes. My car wasn't that dirty so I can imagine it might take a little longer if your car has some deep, detailed work it needs. They did a wonderful job and my car felt like new when I got in.
