Red flag for me came up when your inspection and work from July 2024 contradicted what you said June 2025. I have proof you inspected my chimney with a camera in 2024 and approved it. There is no way $10,000 worth of damage happened in less than one year. They like to up-sale repairs for fake faulty mortar joints and overcharge for things. The picture they showed me wasn't a mortar joint. I now have better pictures of my actual mortar joints. And now I have a second opinion to back that up. I will never use your services again, and I will be sure to tell my cousin who works for a news station. You can't fool me.
