Avoid at all costs. I called and set up a pickup at 3:15 am to the airport. i verified the info at least 9 times because I could not understand what they were saying. I got a text message confirming my info. The time came to go to the airport and they did not show up!! read more

I am very pleased with this Ace Cab Company. I needed to order 2 separate rounds trips this morning at very specific times, involving myself and my young daughter. They were very professional, prompt and courteous with wonderful communication. The dispatcher called me to confirm my order, then texted me the confirmation times and texted again later to let me know when the driver was getting close. Very professional service with both of the separate drivers that I met with today, and both of their vans were very clean and comfortable. The rates were very fair and comparable to all of the other local companies, as well. All in all, I highly recommend this cab company for this area. It was an easy, reliable, courteous experience. Couldn't really ask for more than this from a cab company. read more

Hey this accidentally got posted to San Francisco, CA. Should have been St Charles, MO. Your driver, Rob, creeped me out. I just wanted to go to the store for soda & cigarettes after a long day at work. He wanted to tell me his life story, musician, car repair tech...ok..then tells me like 3 times that he is always looking for a friend. Gave me his phone number. Goodbye. Dude I just want a ride to the store & back. I am a female & he made me feel very uncomfortable. Now he knows where I live. I am not happy. What a jerk!! Thanks Rob for ruining my entire evening.... read more

This is the best cab service ever! Never late always respectful .on time and courteous! Fast and reliable. Beats yellow cab every time!

Jim and his team of mini-vans helped transport 20 girls for my sister's bachelorette party from the Ameristar casino to Main Street St. Charles--and he made it look easy! I really appreciated when Jim provided me with his number so I could reach him later that night--he knew I was worried about getting the girls back to the casino safely! It was a very busy night with a huge music act playing at the casino that night, yet he was very responsive when I texted and called him to have him pick up the girls and return us to Ameristar! He was able to reach us within 20 minutes of my text saying we were ready to go and it truly made that part of the night so easy! The girls in the other vans said their drivers were very nice and they had no complaints! I am thankful for Ace Cab and Jim for making my sister's evening seamless! read more

Horrible company. Don't use them. Driver didn't help load my items and when I for help he ignored me. Then I pulled my stuff back out and said no thanks. He then rushed out of his van, slammed the trunk and called me a very derogatory name. Stay away!!! read more

Worst company ever! I asked before I got in the van how much it would cost, I was told between 7 and $10. It was only four miles that I had to go if he would have taken the proper route. But, he took the longest route he could to get me home and it wound up being $15! I'll never use them again! read more

Taxi driver was on time, was in a pretty nice auto however it smelled like cigarettes. I sure can't wait until uber is here and I can rate the actual driver/car. Cigarettes are awful and they should show respect for non smokers who are purchasing from them. True bummer because it is 4:50 am and I have to get to the airport and it's too late to call someone else. read more

50 minutes and still no cab, called 3 times and got the run around. Tried to say I canceled when I didn't and had the pick up address completely wrong. Avoid if you can but that isn't easy in this neck of the woods. read more

My personal thanks for the driver who got me in time to airport. Great service. Highly recommended!

In one word "UNRELIABLE" and a repeat offender of unreliability but this last encounter has lost my business for good. I called at 10am to schedule a cab at 3:20 pm for a very important business meeting. NO CAB at 3:20pm nor 3:30pm or 3:45pm after numerous follow up calls to them and lies from dispatch that the cab was arriving in minutes. I finally cancelled the cab at 4:02pm after calling and rescheduling my 4pm meeting I could not make it to due to the egregious incompetence of this company. DO NOT USE ACE FOR BUSINESS read more

I would NEVER do business with this cab service again. The male driver was so incrediably rude, didn't pick me up on time, got me to where I needed to go late, the van was disgusting & he was also disrespectful. I would never recommend this service to anyone. read more

Very displeased with the service we did not receive. We called a cab the night before we needed it and clearly received confirmation that the cab would pick us up at 4:40 AM the next morning. The next morning we waited 30 minutes and still no cab arrived. We called the cab company multiple time, only to receive no response. We eventually had to drive ourselves to the airport and pay a considerable amount of parking for a week. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We called over an hour ahead for a ride. Cab was late again, making me late for work. Called the operator asking about responsibility and a discount considering that we have spent over $2000 on their company and they're always late and overcharge. Got attitude from the operator letting us know that we don't deserve any sort of discount or service despite the amount we have spent on their services as well as being told that he will not allow us to speak to a manager and refused to even give us a name. Thankfully I already know them and have spoken to them before ( not that it helps much) Once the driver arrived he had the nerve to argue with me about price and told me he didn't know how to get around St Peter's even though he bragged about being a driver for over 10 yrs in the area. ( Just another scam to over charge and he's not the only driver that does this) The only reason he stopped arguing with me was when I mentioned the boss and his managers name. On top of that he actually tried to sneak in an extra tip and over charge my credit card without me noticing. Needless to say, that charge is getting denied from my bank. I consistently have issues with this company. Only reason I call is because they're one of the only 2 cab companies in the area and I need to get to work. Worst customer service ever and they float on that because they know they're making a killing ripping the common folk off and we don't have any other choice. Reporting them to the better business bureau asap. I'm done with this crap. if they keep going this way I will have zero regrets about filing a civil suit and looking from these other reviews, I will have plenty of evidence for my case. CANT WAIT FOR UBER TO ARRIVE IN THE AREA! F this company! read more

If it wasn't for the awesome driver from Ace, I would have surely missed my plane. The driver was friendly, he helped me in and out of the car with my bags, and got me to the airport safely and on time. I know who I will be calling for transportation for my next trip! read more

BAD BAD BAD!! This company I used for over a year and now they say they won't give me a ride because I insulted one of their drivers!!!?? I absolutely did not!! I think they just don't want to drive me the couple of blocks to my house anymore. I only call them after dark so as not to get mugged on my way home! Oh and by the way if there are any police officers reading this be aware that their drivers are offering their customers beer!! To bad there is no way to leave them negative stars!! read more
