I brought my car for alignment service in December on a saturday, however, the problem of my car…read morewas bigger than just doing some alignment. I was given a quote and I submitted a claim to my insurance company. I was also adviced to leave the car there because it wouldn't be safe to drive it. So, I left my car there, and they provided lyft for me to get to the rental cars. The advisor told me to let my insurance company know that he's off on monday, and he was the one who knows what was going on with the car. I did what he told me. But Geico estimator still went there on monday. The advisor wasn't there, the estimator had to ask somebody else, and that person told the estimator that nothing's wrong and it was just a simple alignment issue. So I sent the estimator my pictures that the tire was very crooked. The estimator called the advisor the next day, and the estimator had a better idea of what was going on. They had to run the alignment as per Geico's protocol and when they get the report that it fails all alignment tests, that's when Geico can say OK for the repair. So here comes thursday, the estimator went there again to pick up the report, the advisor wasn't there. And nobody knew where the report was kept. When the estimator told me that, I called Subaru Maita, and asked to speak with the advisor, the advisor wasn't there, he called out sick. I had nothing against him calling out sick but what annoyed me so much was that nobody knew where that alignment report was. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor, and I was told that the supervisor was already on vacation. It was really driving me crazy about all the delays because of the lack of system. My car got repaired by thursday of the following week. After a day of driving, I called them again, and let them know that the alignment was off, it wasn't that bad but it was noticeable. I had to bring my car back to get fixed again. Another story, I left it early in the morning at 7am, I even had an appointment, I was waiting for their call for me to get my car . No calls until I called them at around 12pm. I learned that they hadn't even started fixing my car. So I had to tell the advisor that I need to get to work at 4pm which was true that's why I booked an early appointment. It got fixed after an hour, and the advisor booked me a lyft. To wrap it all, my car is doing fine now. But I'm still baffled what happened there. I'm a patient person but the way they run the business drove me mad. I wasn't happy with the customer service. Giving 2 stars because they fix my car and it is working. PS: I haven't received any customer satisfaction survey. Feel free to send me one, Subaru.

I'm looking out the window and I see their worker come flying around the corner in my car mind you I see smoke. He hops out and I go to my car in my center counsel I see his Vape Pen just sitting there! At that point I see another worker who at that time claimed to be a Second Manager. So I point it out to him. He then says I'll handle it. He goes over to the service guy tells him probably hey you can't be doing that the customer noticed. All while he's patting him on the back. Then I waited for the manager to get back to me he never did. I had to call in and ask Alvin hey I thought you said wait for the Manager to give me a call. It wasn't until then that the manager called me back. Only for the manager to say oh I can run the video back and I'll take care of it. I'm then in disbelief my vehicle stinks of that Vape stuff and yet Toyota made me sign a paper saying I would not smoke in their rental and if so I'd be liable for a deodorizing clean up of $85 dollars. This Rude Manager only offered to deodorize my vehicle saying it would be more of "My Time Wasted", and who knows when they could get it done. Leaving me without a car. We went in with approval in hand (as the bank recommended we do) and went to buy a car. Immediately they tell us they need to run his credit, we said he had the approval with his bank so is there a way for them to just contact the bank, but they said no they must run his credit to pull up the approval. Okay. Fine, I guess that makes sense. They keep making little comments about how we will also be able to find out if he's approved with other lenders for better rates. We decline and say we have an approval with a bank that we like, we can show you the approval if you'd like. They decline and say okay that's fine. Pierce, the finance manager tells us Due to it being a Friday night they were unable to get the approval from the bank but they assumed with his high credit score that everything will be fine and they allow us to drive off the lot, letting us know they will call tomorrow to let us know the bank approved the loan. Fast forward to the next day, and Pierce calls us back to let us know he was only approved my our bank for several thousand dollars less than what the car cost, but that we can "see if we can get an approval from another lender for possibly better rates, or you can pay the remainder in cash." Red flags went up and I said hang up and call the bank. In the end, we were lied to. The bank confirmed with us that they did not attempt to pull up the approval that he already had with them, they processed a completely new loan application. We call pierce back and tell him, and all of a sudden he wants to see the print out of the approval that my fiancee tried to get about 4 different employees to look at. After threatening to return the car, Pierce says actually everything is fine after seeing that form, sorry we should have looked at it but you're good. Fiancee asked for an explanation and Pierce tells him it was a mistake on his end not to look at the approval and it was an ID mismatch. Too late, Niello. We took the car back immediately. Funny enough, you guys tried to blame the bank when we took the car back, after Pierce just told us a different story! Shady, misleading, evil company and employees. I can't recommend less.
