Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice. If it wasn't for their immediate response, the damage would have spread and would have cost me quite a bit more. Checked it again a few days later and it hasn't grown beyond the initial chip. So I have a 2027 BMW M4 Competition that has full leather meaning my dash and door cards are…read moreleather, with a HUD, and also a giant curved screen across the dash due to idrive 8.5. Water and leather/electronics do not go well together. I spoke with David and he's a really nice person to chat with and is the owner of the shop. They are a 3M shop so they carry 3M film from Color Stable, CIR, and Crystalline. My biggest concern with window tint is dust contamination and car damage. Of course no tint job can be 100% dust free but I have to say it came out pretty much perfect. I have zero complaints. They protected my car very well and I don't have like odd water stains on my center console or screens and none of my leather was scratched or damaged. They took really good care of my car. I also had other things installed in my car prior like my radar detector, my registration, front and rear dash cam, and my Metro Fastrack. They were able to take it off without damaging anything and they were also able to save the special tape for the Metro Fastrack and kept my registration in tack as one piece which was great. The pricing is straightforward, which is something I like and it's right when you walk in. So you know up front if you are okay with the price or not. Overall, really happy with the results. I'm pretty nit picky about things especially when it comes to my car and I wouldn't hesitate to come to P1 to get your car done here. Thanks again David and team! Highly recommend.
