Just went to get an oil change and that's all that was required. Told me all my other fluids and air filter was fine. The guy who seemed to be in charge double checked all the work done to make sure it was done properly. They even tightened the nuts on one of my tires, which was recently taken off and put back on due to a flat. I'm sure they could have charged me an extra $5 but they didn't. And I have a headlight out. He discovered it wasn't the bulb but the connector. Didn't charge me the $5 for the work to check it out. I've been consistent coming here for my oil changes for the past little while and they have not disappointed me.

There's enough space in the parking lot that you could actually form one line and go to the next available space which is WAY faster. Chances are you'll just confuse and upset other cars in the lineup though. I went on a warm Sunday afternoon and it was always full but never overly lined up. I waited between 5-10 for the door to open and then another 20 or so for the oil change, new air filter and windshield wipers. All of this came out to around the $150 mark. As someone who usually changes their own oil, I was a bit shocked, but when you stop to think about what's involved in the whole the price is pretty fair. $70 for an oil change including the oil (regardless of vehicle size) and a new filter. That's basically the same as a tank of gas. Well, for me it is. Maybe I should consider a more economical vehicle, but that's a conversation for another day. If you don't like waiting in your vehicle, they've got a few comfy chairs to sit in and a coffee machine to keep you occupied. There's no real cool businesses nearby to hang out in for a few minutes, but if you're hungry you could use the time to pick up some Ginger Beef Express or Subway. First ever experience with a drive in lube shop (still makes me laugh to say,) and for the price VS the time it saves me, I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I was called to inform me that they have arrived. I went with my wife on a weekend and thought the parts department was closed, even though still several hours before closing time. The only parts department lights on were the emergency lighting. When we went in there was an employee around the corner in the dark. I had to say hello so we could get some assistance. Right off the bat he was very rude and eventually confrontational! He asked for my invoice and I explained I do not have one and how I was told I could just come in and pay for them when they arrived. Four license plate bolts! He then again was very rude and said I need an invoice. I explained again and said they only asked for my phone number! He then said that's what he was asking for! I said no, you asked for an invoice and he started arguing saying he asked for my phone number Thankfully my wife was also with me and confirmed that he did not ask for a phone number. He eventually found the four bolts on the parts counter by the computer keyboard with my name and contact info. He then was upset because they should of not been left there by who ever put them there. i also had a service appointment for the following week that I called and cancelled. I took the car to a different dealership for servicing and new winter tires. Originally I gave him the benefit thinking he was just having a bad day but he kept arguing and being extremely rude then eventually lied to cover up his error. I will never deal with this dealership again! Dave
