They have not been answering calls, or returning voicemails had to call a new one out, that is stating it is going to cost $2,000 (paid close to $3,000 for the initial new service) because they used a bad furnace unit, and they knew was for 2007 and not 2017.

We had a home warranty company come out, and they couldn't determine the issue. Well, a few weeks later our fire alarms went off since there was smoke billowing out of our 1 years olds bedroom. The wiring had apparently begun smoldering. We called out the fire department, and fortunately, the whole home didn't burn down, and our boy didn't suffer smoke inhalation. A minute or two later could have been a tragedy. I have just now looked at our old AC records provided by the Seller. I wanted to see the specs on the system that was installed. The plenum has completely failed and now we have to replace it. What I also found was that this company INSTALLED THE OLD FAN AND BLOWER MOTOR TO REPAIR OUR ATTIC FURNACE. To be clear, the basement unit failed, and they took the used parts (of a 20 year old unit) and installed them into our attic furnace!!!! NEVER hire this incompetent company. I am thinking I just might sue them for negligence. The newly installed unit was shoddy, and the repairs were negligent.

Poor service, would not recommend to anyone. longer answer: My AC had stopped working so I had called this company to try and get it fixed, I couldn't meet with anyone the day it broke so i had asked to see if there was a time the following day , I was told that someone would contact me and schedule an appointment. I got a call that afternoon about scheduling an appointment, I was told that they would be able to come between 8-10. I gave my information and according to my call long I didn't talk to anyone after that. I got two confirmation emails about the appointment. The next day rolls around and it's around 8:10 ish and I call to give my gate code ( since I forgot to give it during the last call) realized They didn't' open until 9:00 that day so left a message and waited. called and gave my gate code and asked if there was an eta on their arrival. the person I talked with said they would ask for the repair person to call me with an eta. I waited Until around 10:20 and then called again since I had not gotten a response from anyone. Another person answered and I had to give all of my information over again ( had to do this about 6 times wiry different people). they tried to reach out again to a technician and said someone would contact me soon. 10:40 rolls around and no response, needless to say no one could help me since they couldn't get in contact with any technician and couldn't tell me what was going on. I called a different service and canceled this company since there was such a lack of communication. About 4-5 hr later another person calls me from this company ( the person I had scheduled with yesterday had a different number from the website number for some reason) and told me that I had called her again and canceled yesterday because no one would be able to come ,( my call long only shows one call where I actually reached her and we just talked about scheduling) there was no cancellation email or text saying the appointment had been canceled , no one during the morning mentioned that the appointment might have been canceled so I was unaware that that was ever a possibility, and I has no recollection of even talking about that. The worst part is that Diana made me feel like it was all my fault and I should have been aware of this the whole time. I felt very upset and it seemed like she was blaming me for her mistake. We hung up , and a few minutes later she had the gall to ask if I wanted to reschedule, after the poor service and lack of communication. Needless to say if I could I would rate this zero stars but I can't, the only positive was a few of the people I talked to in the morning seemed to want to try and help me, the rest made me feel like I was bothering them

(Did Nothing) Came out a second time because my house was 78 degrees.. turned AC on and hot air was blowing which caused temp to rise to 80 degrees. Repairman came out and gave me Freon ($200+) which was fine as long as my AC was working. **Privately suggested I use him on the side for any side work with the unit** After Freon was filled, it blew cooler air that day. But of course the weather changed and I didn't need it anymore for weeks, so I shut AC off and used my space heater for just my master bedroom. A month later the weather changed so I decided to turn my AC back on, HOT AIR flowed once again. Called American Freedom again, and was told that the Repairman that I had no longer worked therm smh. Booked an appointment and got a text message that my Repairman was on the way around 11am when my appointment was scheduled for 2pm... so I figured maybe his other appointments cancelled so I thought "cool I'll hang around" LOL waited a hour and called... they told me he hit the accept job by mistake. (Rookie mistake)- waited for my 2 pm appointment which was 2-4 at 4:20pm no one showed and never even got an apology for it either. At this point they're very unreliable and I feel not experienced. He used scare tactics and backhand insults to try and sell me a new unit costing $3400. He was in and out with my $100 after being there about 10 minutes. These are the people that make it hard to trust these home service businesses. I would stay far from these guys. I have an old friend that happens to be an Engineer and a HVAC tech. He has worked on my furnace and A/C over the years. He was not available until after hours and I wanted my air back on faster because it was so cold, so I decided to get these guys out sooner. Terrible mistake! Justin thought he could run a fast one! He removed my fan and pointed to a vent that is designed to be there and tell me that is the reason Carbon Monoxide is going to come up through my vents into my house and kill us! Disgusting! Sooooo dishonest! My guy actually tested the fan and the circuit board and identified the actual issue, which didn't require the unit replaced just the fan and the circuit board. My initial code was the pressure switch stuck open/closed btw.
