We have bought many tires for many vehicles over the years. The customer service has been up/down as the staff members change, but overall they have served us well. They aren't perfect but they have earned our loyalty and repeat business over the years. It's difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust, and these guys haven't driven me away yet. I try and schedule service appointments when I know that maintenance is coming, but their hours are very convenient whenever I have an emergency (nail in a tire, dead battery, etc.) and need a walk-in service. I don't use them for all my vehicle repairs but for the routine maintenance things they are my primary shop. As long as I have cars I will keep bringing them here. One thing to note: if you need tires but don't want Goodyear brand tires, they can get almost any brand of tire you want. Call them or go online and set it up ahead of time.

The manager is supposed to get back with me but when the oil change took place, they did not tell me they stripped it. They just let me go. I took it to Honda and they told me the previous person who changed my oil stripped my oil pan. I am beyond furious and do not have that kind of money to fix my car. They were all very friendly, attentive, and honest about what they thought was wrong, what they needed to do to confirm that (remove the dashboard), and how long it would take to fix it. I had to leave my car over night because of the time it would take. They confirmed that they were right about what the issue was, they repaired it within one day (less than the time they said they may need) and charged a very reasonable price for the work. When we left for the trip I though about grabbing my tire repair kit from my work truck, but didn't have a bunch of room and thought I was just being paranoid. We found the leak when we pulled into the restaurant across the street. Luckily, these folks had us on the road in about 25 minutes. Even better, they don't do a plug, they do an interior patch.
