I recently sold my Chicago condo and had Cynthia assist with the process per suggestion of my broker. Her communication skills, professionalism, patience, and positive attitude was unsurpassed. I would sometimes send an email after business hours not anticipating an answer until the next day and I would find that same evening Cynthia would respond. Cynthia was also amazing with responding to our numerous questions with fine detail along the process. Likewise Harriet was a quick responder and always positive, eager to help out and clarify any questions. Selling or buying a property can be very stressful, there was even points where I thought maybe I was losing my cool but this team always kept their cool and that was so important. The attorney fee was very reasonable and competitive but I guarantee you won't likely find a team that works this hard or have all of the amazing qualities these gals do!
