We are in the process of getting our condo ready to be listed for sale and needed to get the entire…read moreplace repainted. I created a Yelp project and obtained four estimates. Mike (Lux Painting) and another company provided similar/competitive estimates, but we decided to hire Mike as he did not have a single bad review. After agreeing to a date to start the work, Mike texted me to re-confirm the start date as the date got closer, which I really appreciated. I have been reaching out to all the contractors we hired about a week before just to make sure we are still good to go, but I didn't have to with Mike, which was nice. He showed up on time with his dad, they did an amazing job and finished on time. I kept emphasizing that he only had to do the work we were paying him for, but he went ahead and took care of extra things beyond scope to make sure our place looked nice. My husband and I were very impressed and happy with the result. Another bonus, Mike and his dad were very nice, friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend hiring Lux Painting - So much that I wish I had more paint jobs for them, but will definitely keep them in mind in the future and will recommend to anyone in my circle looking to hire professional painters.

They even worked on a Saturday in an effort to get my family back into the kitchen as soon as possible. The cabinets in our house is traditional, with a lot of detailing. Same with the front door. So a lot of care had to be taken to paint these properly. They did a great job, and the paint has completely transformed the space.

We hired NorCal Painting to paint our front door and exterior trims. They arrived on time, meticulously prepared the surfaces, and got to work right away. Their attention to detail is exceptional, even when it comes to the smallest aspects of the job. The finished result looks fantastic. Beyond painting, Vinh is also highly knowledgeable in other areas. He helped me identify and fix an incorrect hot wire connection in a subpanel that had been causing electrical issues in the house. It was a relatively difficult problem that other electricians had been unable to resolve, but Vinh's experience and expertise allowed him to diagnose and fix it quickly. Quality workmanship usually doesn't come cheap. However, Vinh offered me a very reasonable price, and considering the results, I believe it was an outstanding value. We were looking for a painter for our property in Oakland. Gotten a few bids but they were…read moreridiculously expensive. Then we found Green Brush Painting. Their quote was very affordable. Customer service was excellent. They completed the job in a timely manner. It was a duplex that had not been painted for over 30 years. They were thorough, pressure washing and masking/ caulking everything. It was a FULL exterior painting project, including the floor and gates/side railings. They did it all. Part of their method was that instead of renting scaffolding for the front which is VERY expensive and time consuming, they used a boom lift for only a couple of days. They worked smarter not harder. Saved us as the customer so much more money and more convenient for the tenants. Return Factor- we loved their work so much, had our own 2 story house painted the very next month. Again, it was quality work and worth the price. They did it all before the rains came.
