Sales are frequent and actually quite decent. Staff are as helpful as you expect them to be, as, to be honest, you do not often have to ask for help in a clothes shop! Prices are quite high, but this is to be expected with fashionable clothing, and clothes are of a reasonable standard. In all, one of the best places in town for fashion, even if the prices are a bit steep.

They've managed to fit a lot of clothes into such a small store and kept it relatively spacious aswell. There is a good range of both male and female clothing, and a small selection of shoes and underwear. I have found the staff to be quite helpful in my experience, only having one problem with a girl who seemed to be a bit snobbish. All in all, a good place to go for high street trends and worth a look if you are in the area.

The representative examined it, noticed the crack, applied pressure to the frame and bent it and added another crack in doing so. He examined it again, pointed to the second crack and claimed I'd have to pay £514 to have it replaced. I contacted Apple immediately who told me to go back to the store, but the shop rep then became aggressive and claimed the two cracks were there before he examined it. Utter tosh. I left the store upset without the issue resolved. Terrible service, indeed, reprehensible.
