They keep the facility very clean at all times. When you rent a locker it's like you are the first customer to store things there. I can't say that about some of the other places I've seen over the years. They make you feel welcome to stop by the office and have a cup of coffee and take a break even when your just running in and out on those days when you really don't need to stop in. When I needed a larger storage locker they were very accommodating and had prices for my needs ready so I always know what price changes etc. are necessary with nothing hidden so I knew exactly what I will be paying and they allowed me time to move things over to my new locker. I will highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to store things. They will be clean, dry and secure for the duration of your stay. My thanks to Tina and the entire crew for the quality courteous and friendly service I received while I had my belongings stored there. I give you two thumbs up. Gord W. - Woodstock

I've been trying for weeks to get a proper response, but all I receive is silence. A couple of weeks ago, I left a review about the issue. After that, the customer service manager reached out and promised me the problem would be fixed. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. No follow-up. No answers to my calls. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a company. I'm sharing this so others know what they might be dealing with. I'm still hoping someone responsible will contact me and finally resolve this.
