Didn't start out that way but that's where it is now. This is a for profit organization and they have cut staff over the last 3 1/2 years so that the poor nurses and aides are worked off their feet. But for the inefficiency of the office and the rudeness of same I would say try somewhere else.

The farm has all the rustic charms of a historical setting and is a delight to visit. The grounds are very well kept and the waiting room in the main house is extremely cozy. There is a family-like atmosphere that quickly gives you the impression that everyone employed there is happy to be there. The staff is genuine, attentive and accommodating. Our girls have been going there on a weekly basis for a few months now and it has noticeably advanced their development. Their confidence levels have gone up and their communication skills consistently improve. They love working with the animals and the responsibility that it requires. They both hope to work on the farm when they get older. We are very gracious and feel blessed about having such a dedicated staff that fosters growth in such a nurturing environment. My son was approved for a range of early intervention services. A service "coordinator" from Therapists 2 Go was in charge of his case. Despite a general lack of professionalism and responsiveness (good luck getting someone on the phone!) - we diligently completed a mountain of paperwork, coordinator various in-home evaluations, and participated in various calls. He is now five months old and we haven't received any services. In fact, we received an email this week saying our case is being transferred to a different provider. No other explanation as to why or what happens next (just a sloppy email with typos). I am filing a formal complaint with New York State - an organization like this should not be receiving precious resources for this type of crucial programming. What's more, I can't imagine what it would be like for someone trying to navigate this system with less time and less resources
