Dramatically improved our infant's quality of life after his tongue and lip tie surgery. As first time parents we knew something wasn't right and after several lactation consultations tell me that "I just wasnt trying hard enough", and our pediatrician telling us everything seemed normal that our baby probably just had colic but was gaining weight so it's okay. We finally were referred to TBW and it only took a matter of minutes for them to confirm that our son had a posterior tongue tie and his mouth wasn't "just tight". They referred us to a pediatric dentist who corrected his tongue and lip tie that day. We went weekly for craniosacral therapy with Betsy and within a few session we had a brand new kid. He was always a good boy and we thought his erratic eating pattern and constant spit up were normal. Once we started therapy we learned quickly it wasn't. We have been seeing Ms. Betsy since our son was 4 weeks old and he lights up every time he sees her. We went from being nervous about not meeting milestones to exceeding and surpassing them. If you are concerned about tongue/lip tie, flat spots on your child's head, torticollis or not reaching milestones do yourself a favor and have a consultation with this fantastic team. The moment you walk in you will feel at peace.

After having a very difficult respite experience at another facility last year, I was extremely nervous about trying again. As a caregiver, leaving someone you love in the care of others is not easy. From the moment we walked into Putnam Ridge, I felt a difference. We were warmly welcomed, the facility was clean and smelled clean, the residents were well cared for, and everyone we encountered was friendly and spoke to us. I talked to my mom almost every day while I was away, and hearing how strong and comfortable she sounded gave me a sense of peace I did not have last year. For the first time, I was actually able to relax on vacation knowing my mom was safe and being cared for. To the staff of the Apple Memory Care Unit, thank you for caring for my mom and for giving this caregiver something just as valuable: PEACE OF MIND. Respite care is not only about caring for our loved ones. It allows caregivers to rest, recharge, and breathe, knowing the person they love is in good hands. Thank you, Putnam Ridge. Despite this their PT gave me exercises that proved to exacerbate this groin injury. When I went back for a second 'treatment' and told them I continued to have problems w/doing some of the exercises due to increasing groin pain, not only did the PT assistant inform me she was increasing my exercise sets by 10 repetitions, but she literally strapped a 1# weight to the ankle of my injured leg which was also the leg with the groin pain. The weight she added to my ankle resulted in my having considerable excruciating groin pain, that seared into my back. The insult to all of this was when I informed the PT about my groin pain, this person jocularly informed me that they could substitute other exercises that would not affect my groin. WHY THIS WASN'T DONE FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I GAVE HIM THIS INFO AT MY INTAKE INTERVIEW IS A MYSTERY TO ME. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.
