Had the surgery on a Wednesday and that Friday I was on the table getting tortured.....not really having been through the process in the past I was familiar with what to expect. The staff was great, from the front desk to the therapists. They did everything with the insurance company and kept the surgeon in the loop. In conversation with other people they were surprised that I started therapy so soon after my surgery. The first couple of visits were a little painful but with the guidance of the staff I was able to push through. Fast forward after my insurance cut me off I was thankful that they supplied me with a print out of the exercises which enabled me to maintain my progress. Burke Rehabilitation was chosen, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made by taking the advice of those who cared about me. Burke is an amazing place, with a dedicated and caring staff. I have never been to a facility that was run with such precision. From the doctors, the nurses, the nurses' aides, to the PT and OT professionals, EVERYONE in this facility, had only one thing in mind . . . to assist and rehabilitate those in their charge. I especially want to recognize the nurses' aides who cared so deeply for the people they were helping, who comforted me when I had a difficult day and cheered me up when I was sad. Their "can-do" attitude was some of the best medicine available. I left Burke feeling that I had truly been to a place where commitment and caring was all that mattered. Tyler Fallon who has been my therapist for all my sessions has been wonderful. The therapy has been very helpful. My last sessions were for carpal tunnel as I was trying therapy before undergoing surgery. Dr. Fallon told me there were no guarantees the therapy would alleviate my symptoms. In the end the therapy strengthened my hands and wrists but the numbness was still there. I have had surgery on one hand and will do the other in a couple of weeks. If my health issues called for physical therapy, I would not hesitate to return to ProClinix.

The therapists are extremely well educated 9n their fields, have experience in treating a variety of maladies and injuries. Each spends a full hour with you, and you have the same therapist working on your health throughout the sessions, and the same therapist for all the visits. They treat you like a friend, not just a patient. Administrative help run a tight ship in payment, scheduling and staying on top of things. Equipment inventory is huge, with more new devices coming almost daily. Rob the owner and head therapist runs a terrific clinic, and it keeps getting better every day.
