I called and spoke to Kathy, the office manager and explained that I was misinformed who I was seeing. I asked to see a MD and was given a certified technician. She then goes to tell me she will speak to him and call me back the next day. 4 days later, I call her to follow up. She then goes to tell me that services were performed and that I should be well aware who I am going to see and she doesn't care about my well being she only care to get paid. When I hears her say that, I froze. I told her she is very condescending and I wanted to speak with her supervisor. She told me the only other person I could speak to was g-do because she is the owner. She then went to hang up the phone on me. Which she was incapable of doing because I heard her having a conversation about going to boston and possibly Vegas because of her free stay at mirage. I'm applauded at the way this office treats their patients. I am honestly disgusted by this waste of a human being that calls herself a practice administrator. Dear Kathy, it's time to put a smile on your face. Your life can't really be that bad can it? It's sad that you need to take your misery out on others. I wasn't going to pay your bill and I was going to allow you to waste money on lawyers and so on. I second thought, it's karma. I'll pay your bill. You clearly can use the money a lot more. First of all, he is a holistic doctor, so instead of just giving my prescriptions right away, he gave a suggestions on how to improve my health natural way. Second of all, he is not one of the boring doctors where you see the knowledge but no personal interest. He shows interest in you and shows he cares for you to get healthier. I was dealing with an autoimmune disorder, and for years, I can pledge that she is a very kind, good doctor, with good knowledge. I can see she is also knowledgeable in diet and natural healing. The negative comments are either from competition or people who love to criticize, no matter what. Or have some clinical imbalance. She is very busy, because people like it. Most of her patients have been with her for years. Dr. and her staff are always professional. During the time of COVID-19, I was hospitalized for three days. Dale did his own Xrays and showed me all the structures on the screen with green and red lines for me to see what the normal position and curves should be, with both sets of tests. The team there is Dale Mraz DC and his assistant Ellen O'Malley. The treatment plan from Dr. Dale who's certified in BioPhysics, has resulted in my neck moving "back over my shoulders", no radiating pain in my left arm and no need to apply CBD pain gel daily. My low back is much less painful by doing core strengthening exercises and micro current electric stimulation around L4 at each visit. Ellen supervises positioning the repetitions to ensure proper alignment and follow through. They both are always very welcoming, manage several patients in the PT space like a well oiled machine and I truly enjoy going and having their company when I'm there. I am a 52 yr old very active male that has been suffering from lower back pain for as long as I can…read moreremember. If I'm on my feet- especially just standing in one place- for over 30 min, my lower back tightens up. I exercise 5-6 days a week- jogging ~ 3 miles, stepper machine, weights and walking 18 holes on a golf course once per week during summer. The back pain is always there, and although it hasn't prevented me from staying active, it was always in the back of my mind (no pun intended). I'm constantly trying to stretch out my back. I visited another chiropractic facility that focuses on back pain. They prescribed an MRI which showed a slight bulging disc and promised they could improve my situation in 4-6 mos. After visiting 3x per week for 1.5 hrs per session- being put in a tight harness, hung from above and stretched horizontally on a table, I felt slight improvement- but not enough to continue. I met Dr Landholm at the PGA Superstore on Golf Rd one Sat in May (while being treated at the aforementioned practice). She showed me how my muscle imbalance was probably a result of misalignment and was causing my pain. I told her that I would continue with my current treatment for a few more months. Since the improvement wasn't occuring, a few months later I called Dr Landholm and made an appointment. I had never heard of NUCCA but learned a lot in my first visit. It certainly didn't seem that adjusting one vertebra would make that much difference on my lower back. I was impressed with the precision they used in taking x-rays and measuring my vertebrae. Dr Landholm and Dr Barone were confident their procedures would work. I was skeptical but willing to try. After analyzing my x-rays Dr Barone did the first adjustment. I was shocked that it took five minutes and was painless. He asked me to walk across the floor and let me know if I noticed a difference. I did not expect one adjustment to make a difference and I wasn't sure if it did. He said some feel a difference immediately and others take more time. I must say, later that day my lower back pain seemed to subside. Over the last 10 mos the adjustments have been less frequent- in some cases I've gone 4-5 weeks without an adjustment. My back pain definitely has reduced, but it's not completely eliminated. After a round of golf (walking) it is definitely much better than it was a year ago. And I don't feel it nearly as much as I did when I started treatment. I'm hopeful that a few more months of keeping me aligned will help get me back to pain free. The office staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. I've already referred a coworker and would recommend anyone with back issues to make an appointment.
