I made a yelp just so I could review this dentist. Go literally anywhere else.
They're extremely unprofessional and blatantly treat you like an idiot.
My dentist was over an hour and 45 minutes late for my appointment. The only reason I stayed was because the receptionist kept assuring me that he would be walking in the door at any minute. She even took me to the back room and put me in the chair as if he was there, but I ended up waiting about 40 minutes longer from this point. I heard her tell another patient that had just walked in that the doctor wasn't even in, yet.
She was very rude, and never offered an explanation for anything. She would only say ANYTHING to me when I asked her where the doctor was about every 25/30 minutes.
When the doctor finally did arrive he wouldn't even address the fact that he was late. He didn't apologize or offer any kind of explanation. When I told him I didn't appreciate being kept in the dark, and I was lucky enough to be off work that day otherwise it could have been a lot worse for me. He had no response and just started talking about why he understood I was visiting.
I have a cap on my tooth, and they tried to tell me that it must have fallen off because I ate and apple or a nut and I should never do that. Stupid me. I told them I thought it was just getting old because I'd had it going on 10 years, and had eaten plenty of apples and nuts. They seemed surprised like "wow, that must be a good one" so who knows when the one that they gave me is going to fall out.
Oh and as a "bonus" he sanded down my other tooth. I have no idea why.
Avoid this place. Go anywhere else. It's like a house of suburban horrors. read more
