Unprofessional Company / Access Cabinets did an insurance kitchen project for us back in 2018 for approx. $18,000. Years have gone by an some of the veneer that was used is coming off the side of the cabinets. Total 11 SF. Greg the owner refused to replace it with the correct product which should have been 3/4" walnut plywood. Everyday we see this defect is just a reminder of it is not about the customer. It is about money. They had their installer come out multiple times to complete their work as upper cabinets were sagging off the wall and needed more screws and caulking and not securing the lower cabinets among other items. They had to replace a cabinet above the stove that the installer didn't install it properly and had to remake another one and I had to help him install it the correct way. Greg refuses to correct the defective veneer because he got cheap on material. Don't even think about using this company. I'm a general contractor and never thought I would be treated this way by another "contractor". "When people show you who they are, believe the first time". I know what a F#$@KED Up job looks like. I love the way the employees came prepared wearing PPE masks as I have diabetes!!! They also wore shoe covering to insure that my new floor wouldn't get scratched.. I could not have made a better choice. I am familiar with contracting and had a good idea how much my remodel should cost. I was doing a full gut down to the walls in my kitchen. I went through 9 contractors before I selected Greg. I immediately felt comfortable and that I was dealing with an honest contractor. His quote was far more reasonable than anything I had received from the other contractors. Greg and his team were extremely easy to work with, showed professionalism at all times, and throughout all of the Covid craziness, his entire team always showed up wearing masks. They were on time and cleaned up very well before they left for the day. Throughout the entire process, Greg was very responsive and the process could not have gone smoother. More importantly, the quality of his work is beyond impressive. The cabinets are well built and quality materials. My countertops have a complex pattern and were fabricated and installed, literally, to perfection. My backsplash is glass and was also difficult to cut and install, and again, was done to perfection. I have done major remodeling in the past, including custom cabinets, and Greg Rojas is by far the best craftsman I've hired. He made a built-in bay window desk, and built shelves and cabinets on two walls in my home office. I wanted file drawers but, due to an error on the part of the designer, Greg built cabinets. I freaked out, anticipating a very expensive demo and rebuilding. Greg walked in, looked around, and built a work-around that resulted in eight beautiful file drawers that gave me more space for my files. There is no way anyone could think of it as a do-over. The changes he made were not expensive due to his creative way of redesigning it. He saved the day!! In addition to his ingenious solution to my problem, his work was impeccable. The stain and varnish were perfect, the cabinets were well constructed and installed perfectly. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone who wants custom work done at a reasonable price. Ignacio did a fine job of installing the cabinets. He cleaned up the space at the end of the work day and was meticulous in his work. I can't recommend Access Cabinets more highly. An update to this project. We have had the cabinets installed. The kitchen is absolutely stunning. Greg's team is compiled of highly skilled craftspeople. Their attention to detail is impressive. They go out of their way to make sure every aspect of the project is perfect. Their ability to take your appliance measurements and be so exact with their cabinetry has impressed all of the appliance installers. It is as if the cabinetry was built around them after they were installed. They fit like a glove. Greg worked with my vision and created custom cabinets with odd measurements as well as a custom range hood. His team also accommodated crooked walls and made things look perfect. Greg has an excellent eye for putting finishing touches on the project to make your vision come true. He suggested detailed doors around our island for storage and a much nicer look.
