The worst tattoo I or any of my friends have, and quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met…read more Whilst the tattooing process was fine, if a little uncommunicative, I noticed issues with the line and dotwork as soon as I got a closer look at it. With lines which change thickness, go too deep, are not straight (even accounting for body movement), and dotwork which is uneven and occasionally goes outside the line, there's not a lot going for this tattoo. Upon complaining and being told to speak to the artist (Little Al), I went to talk to him. He denied that anything was wrong with the tattoo, refused any suggestion of a refund, and told me he was wasting his time talking to me and walked off. Whilst this is bad enough, it's not the end of the story. As I had mentioned going to another tattoo parlour who had said that it would be very difficult to fix, he proceeded to go there and interrogate them. Having received slightly different information from them (as I had visited the other parlour twice), he proceeded to call and summon me back to bodycraft, where he called me a liar, told me I was wrong, denied anything was wrong but simultaneously blamed me for healing it badly (not true) and the design, with highlights including him telling my friend to "shut up, it's not your tattoo you don't get to come here and talk to me like this" (she was not rude, she was merely supporting me). The parting note was a hell of "fine I won't fix it then", to which I have three responses: 1) you said there was nothing to fix, 2) you never offered to fix it, and 3) why the hell do you think I'd let you have another go at it? After all it's much harder to fix something than draw it right the first time. Luckily I am now booked in to another (lovely) tattoo parlour to be fixed. Although I have not experienced the rest of bodycraft, the sheer fact that this man's attitude and ego is allowed to stay there would put me off the whole business, to say nothing of the tattoo 'artist'. I decided to return for my 2nd tattoo and I must say that I now see what everyone was talking about. They ARE rude. I went to the one on St James street after coming 20miles out of my way I was told that they had no time to fit me in. This is even though I rang the previous day to book an appointment and was told to just come in. I then walked to their 2nd studio on Pelham and you would have thought that I was selling Johova pamphlets.. The greeting I got was non-existant, the tattooists were all sat down, not working and seemingly not interested in doing so. I asked if anyone was available and was passed to an unpleasant man who barely looked at me when I described what I wanted. WIthout a thought he told me what I wanted wasnt possible, even though I had photographic evidence of it being done and I therefore walked out feeling insulted and embarrassed. Great way to make customers feel! From now on, not only will I not be giving them my business but I will be making sure no one else does either.

When I got there I filled the needed form and signed it ready. When she arrived I told her I filled the form out. She asked me to follow her out back. "SHE NEVER CHECKED THE FORM AND I THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT". Then there was a young woman laying down and I had to squeeze past her and then into the room out back. I was about to sit on the comfortable chair bit no was asked to sit on the one next to it. She showed me the jewellery and I was happy with it. I didn't know it would hurt like hell and crunch. Then she said there was a deal on 2 piercings £30 and told me all the positives she has gotten back from the daith piercing. I said ok. I strongly recommend saying I had my Tragus done but had to take it out due to not being able to fit my Autistic ear plugs in. I should have walked out. I was sitting up and not comfortable. Meh I have had loads of piercings and a high pain threshold. This woman did not have steady hands. Dropped LOADS on the screw on balls. She then said BECAUSE I have tiny ear she will take it out and put it in the other way. She was taking too long and I even said no its ok. We can leave it and I will still pay you. She took it out. Never put a fresh new bar in. She did however use the same bar an then stick a larger ball on after. NEAR MY EAR HOLE. I didn't care because it was all over an I hugged an thanked her. When I showed friends who have alot of holes an metal in their bodies they were disgusted and said to get a refund and see someone professional. My septum is wonky. Everyone and ACTUAL professionals told me the septum is not a cartilage piercing and should not crunch or hurt. She F¥CKED UP BAD. AS FOR MY DAITH They all said it deffo hurts but a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL will have it done fast with me comfortable. I spoke to a medical professional 'MY GP' I then text Lisa saying I wanted a refund due to the above I just said. Her text ask me to go back in to see her. I told her she is never coming near me again. She then brought up the form I filled out. THE ONE SHE NEVER LOOKED AT. She said I should have wrote down about my autism. I verbal told her my needs ect. She went on so much with pure rubbish only worried about keeping her £30. I told her she can keep her £30. So many alarm bells were going off and I clearly forgot to put my brain in that day. I blocked her on every platform because I do not want her coming near me. I also saw that any bad reviews left on their Facebook page were deleted. HUGE WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT HER DOING YOUR PEIRCING. MY EARS WERE TO SMALL AND MY NOSE ALSO. WELL ITS A GOOD JOB I HAVE PERFECT TATTY BOJANGLES AND NOT HUGE BURGER NIPPLES. LMFAO . . . . . . . . . HUGE NO TO HER.

My booking was cancelled twice with no reasons given, I was promised phone calls back which never happed and in the last 24hours I have yet again had my booking cancelled, my deposit has been given to another client and yet again no contact has been made directly to me other than a passed on message of 'I haven't got time to fit you in now' which was given to a friend to tell me. To sum up, I am now left with a half complete tattoo which no tattoo shop seems to want to finish as its another 'artist' work. Would not recommend this place if you're looking for 'set' booking dates, reliable tattoo artist or good communication. Very disappointing indeed.
