From clothes and shoes to electrical goods and DVDs all cheaper than high street prices. I recommend checking the Factory Shop out for Aftershave and Perfume bargins for christmas. As they motto states Big Brands, Big Products, Big Savings i think that says it all really. The only bad points that i can think of is that its packed with products - not suitable if you have a pram or pushchair, and the lack of car parking facilities outside the shop. The best bet is to park in the windmill car park and walk up to the Factory Shop.

I've called in here twice now and I've had so many different results in terms of obtaining samples. Firstly, I came in to ask if there was any samples and the staff member seemed nice and probably gave me about 6 or 7 from good brands too such as Sauvage by Dior, Hugo Boss and Jean Paul Gaultier. Secondly, I came in and did the same a week later with a new member of staff and was only given two, one was an opened Hugo Boss Intense and the other was just a standard one. The member of staff seemed a little disinterested on that occasion. Comparing to other Perfume Shop's I have visited, this is typical and is still much better than The Fragrance Shop, who I have had bad experiences with in Liverpool and just a few stores down also in the Manchester Arndale. The store inside is okay, it is pretty much average for any store of its sort and does seem to have a good stock of the main brands, of course it is quite hard to browse without asking a member of staff as near enough everything is behind their till, which is different to the Bradford branch who mainly use this method with some on the back wall too. This store is okay and it is just basically average, average, average, yet I feel only deserves a high two star rating because of immense competition and it should be doing more in a city centre with so many other places to go to win customers such as other branches of TPS, The Fragrance Shop, Boots, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Debenhams - The list goes on so you can get my point!

I love everything about Jo Malone products. I love their wide range of perfumes and love their layering concept to make the perfume your own. Their packaging is also so cute and presentable for gifts. Alot of their scents go so well together. They are always coming out with new scents so I love stopping by this store now to check it out. I will however always be loyal to the scent that started my relationship with Jo Malone - Pomegranate noir. This store's staff are always super helpful. I spoke to Jade who also offered me access to a gift giving event and a free hand massage. She introduced me to different scents to layer and provide samples. She's never pushy with selling products which is what i also like too. My next purchase for christmas will be the Velvet Rose and Oud Fragrance.

We were given jo Malone pouches to keep our bracelets n watch inside and let us keep it!! We were offered champagne too which was lovely! The lady asked us which types of fragrance we liked and used products that matched our requirements. It was a lovely massage, and the lady chatted and answered our questions throughout. We didn't get any samples but was told we could book other treats like hand massage again. It's worth trying!!!

There are plenty of offers about, though for some bits bit may be cheaper to go to Poundland or Asda. I like the fact that you can walk in and pretty much get anything practical, and it's especially useful being a student.

The staff there are very helpful especially if you are looking for a gift of a certain smell and they never rush you like other shops . You can test the fragrances and they also do great deals .
