Ms. Soledad Samuels is AMAZING! She provided the best experience I have ever had with Direct Auto,…read moreand she is the sole reason I will continue with this insurance company, despite having had terrible experiences in the past. Not only was she incredibly kind and helpful in fixing my account, but she went above and beyond--she even gave my daughter, who is in college, a little gift to motivate her to keep going. This is truly exceptional customer service and she absolutely deserves a raise. On top of that, Soledad was personable, funny, and gave me tips on where to find an amazing computer keyboard. Her professionalism combined with her warmth made the entire experience memorable. If you're new to the area and need car insurance, I highly recommend stopping by the St. Augustine, FL Direct Auto office and asking for the lovely Ms. Soledad Samuels. You won't regret it!

The 32086 Wells Fargo manager; Michelle in St. Augustine is the rudest manager I've ever…read moreexperienced. During my interview she belittled me and told me I had no experience in customer lines when I worked in a grocery store. Her tone was disrespectful and she had an attitude problem, she has no patience and has a history of upsetting her employees with her unprofessional and nasty way of talking to people. I'm glad I didn't get the job, because I have more respect for myself and I know I'm overqualified for the position & would never want to work with a snotty woman like that. Hope HR fires her to help everyone out over there, don't wanna have too many customer lines saying the same thing I am Michelle!

I was advised to submit an email outlining the services I needed and wait to be contacted when availability opened. I submitted the requested information and, after receiving no response for several weeks, sent a follow-up email. Unfortunately, that follow-up also went unanswered. I understand that a firm may not have the capacity to accept new clients; however, a brief acknowledgment or response would have been appropriate. The complete lack of communication, even after a follow-up, was disappointing and, in my view, reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and responsiveness prospective clients can expect.

Worst bank ever! These people do not know the meaning of customer service. My parents and I have…read morebanked with Bank of America for many years. My dad passed away and my mother has Alzheimer's and now lives with me in Seattle. When I moved her account to the Seattle branch I had to show them the original power of attorney and the death certificate for my dad to transfer the accounts. I flew down to Palm Coast to remove my mothers belongings from her safety deposit box. Even though their legal department has already approved the power of attorney they said they had to see the original again. I had it sent from Seattle which took a few days and brought it to the bank. Then they wanted to see the original death certificate. Would have been nice if they asked for that before. Since my mother can't remember what she did with the key the bank said they have to drill the box. I asked if they could schedule that the day the death certificate arrives so I don't have to wait another day in palm coast because the hotel bill is getting expensive and I'm missing work. They said no problem. The day fed ex was supposed to deliver the package I stopped by the bank to get the appointment to access the box. Now they tell me it will take 48 hours after they see the death certificate to set up the appointment. Unbelievable!!! Now it will cost me another 2 days at the hotel and 2 days of work. My mother had a box at Sun Trust Bank also. They knew my situation, were very accommodating and opened the box a week ago without charge. Bank of America wants $150 to open the box. My family will take our business elsewhere and If you want decent service I advise everyone else to do the same.
