Frank the son is who we dealt with on some bathroom remodel work. He is like an apprentice or journeyman or something. The father is the Master plumber but I'm pretty sure in retirement because we didn't see him. So keep that in mind. Frank and a helper came out to do rough in on two bathrooms. They were rude, said they "did not work for us", and did such a piss poor job with the rough in work that we promptly fire them. Tubs were not checked for levelness (Frank was surprised when I asked him if they checked the levels). Rough in if water lines were left loose and now come to find out after tile has been installed the connections on their Pex lines were not properly crimped or closed! I asked Frank to come back out to repair the work he did (only 3-4 months old) and he said he would not warranty the work he did. What a joke. I'll be reporting this company to the Board of Plumbers although I'm sure I'm not the first. Totally unethical in their dealings. I hate to write reviews like this because a bad review doesn't really help anyone so I'll offer a couple solutions. $225 flat rate for slow kitchen sink drainage problem. I ok'd it for the quick turnaround (I called and he was able to get out right away the next day.) I wished it was more affordable, but decided to give him a try. Verbally he told me he snaked about 50 ft so I should be fine for 5-6 years, but I'd be happy if the same issue doesn't come back within 3 years. No warranty of any sort though. read more

Frank helped us out with multiple projects including kitchen sink replacement, toilet replacement, clearing sewer line blockage, and repairing our incoming supply pipeline post the ice apocalypse in 2022. I believe he was a journey man and not a master plumber at least at the time. DO NOT HIRE!!! The nerve of these guys. Completed a job which was already a rip off as they quoted $150 to replace two pieces (fill valve and flapper) yet replaced only the fill valve at the full $150 which did not fix the problem. Called them the following Monday, but they couldn't get out for a couple of days after. After all was fixed, they agreed as the previous time, my wife who has the only Venmo account would pay them at 5 when she got off work. In a matter of a couple of hours they decided they were the city of Cedar Park and started digging up my yard to turn my water off because they didn't get paid fast enough.... In the same day in a matter of hours! Which was explained to them prior to the elder Frank leaving. It turned into the cops being called (by them) and them turning to name calling when they didn't get their way as the cops threatened to ticket them for digging up city property and according to them not upholding their original quote. PLUS, we made it very clear we have outdoor cameras which prompted the "Jr" to say, "like if we broke your windows?" So, unless you want this kind of service I recommend you steer clear. read more

Having nothing but cold water...for days on end, is no fun. : ( Needless to say, we had a problem with our hot water heater. After calling around, the general response was a serviceman would be available 2-3 weeks out. After perusing reviews on Yelp, I came across Accept All. Turns out, they serviced our area (meaning I would not have to pay an additional fee), and could be here the next day. I quickly booked with them, cancelling our other appointment. No exaggeration, start to finish, this company impressed me. In knowledge and service. Communication was good, they were friendly, professional and able work with me when I needed to push out the appointment time this particular day. Frank pulls up, pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful all the way around. He was on point in conversation, social distancing (as I was getting over a non-COVID cold), and as he worked to fix the issue. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do, answered all of my questions, completed the fix, gave me final instructions and even asked me for old towels to clean up the water. Who does that??!! We requested Frank to identify leak. He was responsive and came same day. He charged by the hour. He spent 3hrs to identify issue, had no success then next day he did same and had no clue. He recommended to break through walls inside house to see leak when there was no water damage or signs of damage. He did not seem experienced. Eventually I had to find another plumber to restart the search and they were able to identify in 30mins and fix leak in 2hrs without breaking through walls inside the house. I spent more $$$ and time on Frank than my other plumber who actually fixed the problem. I would not recommend this company for leak detection. read more

The third night I moved in to my new house, the main bath tub broke. The faucet won't turn off and water kept running. We called home warranty and no response. It's after hour so basically no one answered the phone. Frank was the first one responded to my request on Yelp. He lives 30 miles away and he was able to make it to my house in 35 minutes. He did an amazing job stopping the running tap. Even it's just a temporary fix, it had saved our lives. Frank was very professional and humble.
