Home Pros Remodeling took $18,264 upfront and never provided any services. When I tried to cancel,…read morethey refused to return my money, citing a 72-hour cancellation clause--even though no work was ever scheduled or performed. Communication with the company has been extremely unprofessional. Once they have your money, calls and questions go ignored, and they make excuses instead of providing answers. In my opinion, this is dishonest and fraudulent behavior. I strongly caution anyone considering Home Pros Remodeling to be very careful before giving them any money & do not sign any type of paperwork as they give misleading information!

Beware! Like the other poster on this page, Ed has stolen my deposit…read more Ed and I discussed a project to install a new fence. He asked for half for the deposit in the estimate so that he could get materials. I had had him replace part of the fence a couple years ago and working with him went fine, so I trusted him and paid him the deposit. This was very wrong. Ed has repeatedly blown me off when trying to schedule and will not return texts, voicemails, or even messages on other platforms. I've been trying to schedule with him for several months and have now asked for the deposit back since he never completed or even scheduled the project that he agreed to in the estimate. Ed is non-responsive. I'm really disappointed that he would steal my money as I liked his work and working with him previously went well. It must be assumed that this is no longer a reputable business.

Innovative Design built our deck pergola -- pix below. We did our research and interviewed four…read morecontractors. That was an experience in itself. But the best interview was with Innovative Design. Chris explained the materials, manufacturer, inspected our deck, discussed options and explained how best to add the pergola. His bid was not far from the lowest, but we just did not see doing business with the lowest bidder company whose lengthy, high pressure pitch was a turnoff. With a 50% down payment Chris ordered the materials. This was in the Fall of 2021 when so many things were delayed because of COVID backups. Unfortunately, when we talked with Chris, all he could say was that the materials did not arrive on the truck. Maybe next month. Both of us were frustrated, but it was out of our hands. Hopefully, things are improved now, but if you get the, "It was not on the truck" response, just understand that it is out of their hands, and when the parts arrive, the work will begin. Well, ours arrived and the very next week the Innovative Design crew led by Reuben was just a joy to watch. The supports for the pergola roofing had to be tailored to the house, roof, and deck. Precise measurements. Precise cuts. Precise installation. By afternoon we had a beautiful pergola. Now that it is Spring we are enjoying our deck for the first time in 10 years. I cannot overstate the quality of the materials or the workmanship. Top notch!

To my eyes, ADE's workmanship is head and shoulders above some of the other companies in the area. Look on their website and see some of the staircases they fabricate and install. Forming up those double helix staircases and executing those projects is a sign of mastery of one's trade. ADE is the real deal. I got the scroll pattern and the heavy bars. It looks really good. It took about two weeks to fabricate the windows and get them installed. ADE is very professional and all about the business. No drama no BS. Quick turnaround. Good customer service. Thanks Arturo Jr and also to Arturo Senior (Dad), pleasure doing business with you guys. My place looks great and it's a huge relief to have those security windows up now.

Instead of sending David, Lester subcontracted out the job to a crew that told me they had never actually met Lester in person. Lester had initially stated that he would include painting if I provided the paint. When I asked Lester about the painting after the repair had been made he incorrectly stated that the reason that they had not painted was that I never provided paint to the crew. This was not true. He also told me that I needed to "Read the messages!!" referring to our previous text exchange and work agreement. Once I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation to refresh Lester's memory and told him that I had provided the paint to the crew and discussed it with them, he said he would call me later to reschedule the paint job. I never heard from him again. Fortunately, I was able to contact the crew that was subcontracted to finish the job with them directly. I wouldn't recommend using Lester. I had 2 different companies come out and look at the repair and they both said that it was a poor job and recommended removing the texture and redoing it. I attempted to follow-up with Lester and he won't respond to my messages
