Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. One call to Sugarmill Woods Pool was all it took for us to start to get an understanding of what we needed to do. The staff was helpful, understanding, not pushy, and took the time to educate us. We decided to rebuild. We worked with Joe and his awesome crew on a complete strip down and rebuild of our 22K gallon pool. Joe is great to work with, responsive when we called him, and proactive with his communication. He is patient and friendly, giving us all the information we needed to make educated choices. Joe also made suggestions and helped to guide us in the right direction. The crew is also great, friendly and knowledgeable. They paid attention to details and also kept us informed on progress and next steps. They caught a delivery mistake that saved us all a bunch of headaches and did everything they could to make the experience a positive one. The build was on schedule, the work space kept clean and professional. Joe also worked with us as we filled and cured the pool. His instructions were spot on even to the point of having us send him pictures of our water test kit results so he could tell us what to do next. Really above and beyond what you would expect! First, person that was switching our spa cover around, had to borrow tools from my husband and was asking for help. Second, my husband noticed some nails were missing on side of spa, but thought none of it, when the job was finished. When we confronted worldspas of Ocala for the third time and asked about repair we were given some lame excuse about storm damage. My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right.
