Jaye Moore, the owner, was originally texting with me and then my wife took over. he canceled an hour before he was supposed to show up because he was sad I stopped texting him even though he was now dealing with my wife. I was totally shocked and flabbergasted. I've never had an experience like that with any company. When I asked him about it he was rude, mean and made it seem like it was my fault. it is clear this is a very sad and angry man who takes it out on his customers.

So you receive, what seems to be automated, emails telling you that your pool is "sparkling clean" and there's also a picture of your pool included. My pool went from looking clean & clear to green with algae under their almost 2 month care. Not happy with the lack of communication and servicing of my pool. I don't recommend using their services and we're still working on getting our pool back to where it was before we hired them.

When I pressed to find out what that conflict was--considering this is straightforward warranty work and diagnosis--I was given no reasonable answer. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting, ghost them, and then provide vague excuses. I highly recommend staying away from this company if you want reliable, professional service for your pool equipment. We are now wasting more time finding a reputable company to fix the issues Just Beachy couldn't be bothered to show up for.
