Doctor was nice, but this lady was extremely rude. We called at 8:10pm asking if we can be seen, and she said that we can as long as we were at the desk before 8:30pm. We arrived at the desk by 8:22pm, she was giving a lot of attitude, and saying that we were too late. We had to eventually talk to the doctor and he was nice enough to understand the situation and see us. Throughout the visit, she was still giving attitude, sighing, sucking her teeth, and giving dirty looks. If you can't work at a health care facility and be professional, then you don't deserve to work with people at all. You're supposed to help take care of people, not make their day harder or situation worse. read more

I went to Accelerated urgent care today for an infected dog bite. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and super informative and kind. Then I went into the back fairly quickly to get vitals and was shown to my room that ran smooth. The only downside was the long wait after that, waiting for the doctor must've been an hour. I fell asleep waiting for her to come in lol. Once the doctor came in it flew by she has her staff Ahly clean it and wrap it while the doctor sent the meds. Ahly was amazing, such a sweet and kind girl that helped me out. We were chit chatting the whole time she was helping me. She definitely improved the experience. read more

This urgent care took great care of me and were very considerate! I was referred by my primary care to come to this urgent care and it was down the road so the distance wasn't bad. I've never visited this clinic before as this was my first time. I walk in and it was clean, quiet, and was greeted by a lady at the front desk who showed compassion to my situation. This is the great service that patients want to feel when they are in a vulnerable state. She had a bright smile and answered all my questions as we had some small talk as I was registering online. I was seen within 10 minutes as a walk in, the nurse who checked my blood pressure was treating me with care as she asked about my symptoms. Once I had seen the doctor, I knew that I was in great care when she treated me with great care and make me feel very comfortable! Definitely a great experience! I had gone in due to my asthma it had been flaring up due to the weather and recent fires. All the staff here were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Trevizo was excellent with his treatement plan to help with my asthma and gave me a treatement in office to help with my symptoms. He listened to my concerns and had amazing bedside manner. Came in for medical concern. Walked in to a clean and comfortable environment. Luckily not many clients at this time or day. The front desk client assistant was pleasant to work with. Perfect etiquette. The Medical assistant was also courteous, attentive. I met Dr. Trevizo. He was also very attentive, a good listener. I didn't feel rushed as if we only had 5 minutes for this visit. He explained the problem, gave me good medical advise. And ordered my medications for my wellbeing. I feel satisfied with my visit. Who owns this facility for real, because instead of spending money on nice chairs and TVs I think you should hire more providers so the wait time isn't 3 hours per person. Other than that, the staff are nice as hell and I hope you pay them well too. Oh and get some more equipment so we don't have to wait 3 hours just to be told to go to the hospital. read more

I had a good experience here. I made an appointment online and came in a bit early, but were out of there about an hour(?) or maybe less. Staff were helpful & friendly. The Dr was just a regular DR? We went there because my 7 yr old son can't seem to get over his cold & he had stomach pain, then developed a fever. I have come to this urgent care a few times for illnesses when my PCP I doesn't have availability. They are convenient and professional. You can fill out most paperwork ahead of time on line or in the office. Cellular coverage is poor but they have guest Wi-Fi. You will need this as you have to take pictures of your drivers license and insurance card as a new patient. Great front desk staff. Professional and knowledgeable doctors. Large waiting room. Clean office. Wait times are a little long but it's an urgent care. read more

If you stop seeing patients after 8:30, then please do not advertise that you close at 9:00. We were misled by your posted hours--arriving at 8:37 and being told we could not be seen. This also caused us to miss the chance to go to another urgent care. Very disappointing! While our case was not an emergency requiring 911 or the ER, coming to an urgent care means the condition still requires medical attention. Refusing patients in this way is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful to those seeking care. Accurate hours are very important for patients, especially when they are in discomfort and urgently looking for help. I usually don't leave bad reviews - if I have nothing good to say, I simply say nothing. But this experience deserves to be shared. I brought my son here for a physical because we urgently needed the school form. We called on Saturday and were told they were open until 9pm. When we arrived, the receptionist immediately gave us a hard time. She refused to provide her name and had a very unprofessional and negative attitude from the start. We were told we had to bring the school form ourselves (last year another urgent care provided it without a problem). We found it online and emailed it, but she complained out loud while printing it. Then, because I only had a picture of my son's insurance card, she insisted on the physical card. My husband went to get it and was literally 5 minutes away, but she told us if the card didn't arrive "before 8:30" we would not be seen - even though the clinic advertises they close at 9:00, not that they stop accepting patients earlier. Another parent in the lobby was told the same thing. When my husband walked in with the card, it was 8:30 sharp. She looked at the time, rolled her eyes, and said with attitude, "Unfortunately, we can't see him now." Only after I insisted and pointed out what their hours say online did she very reluctantly process us - twisting her mouth, speaking rudely to my underage son instead of to me, and even throwing my ID and insurance card back on the counter. Once inside, the nurse who took vitals was polite, and the physician who saw my son was professional and kind. Honestly, he was the only reason I am giving 1 star instead of 0. But by then, we had been left waiting until 9:15 before the exam even started, as if we were being punished. On our way out, I still politely thanked the receptionist and wished her a good night. She completely ignored me. That says it all. As someone who understands customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical office. Even when I thanked the receptionist on my way out and wished her a good night, she completely ignored me. This will be our first and last visit here. A clinician refused to prescribe paxlovid for 80 yo elderly patient who was positive for COVID19. He presented to the clinic within the prescribing window but she still refused it. He got so sick and ended up receiving the medication elsewhere. She needs to review CDC guideline and be up to date with current practice. We are never going back to the clinic. read more

I had a very disappointing experience on Wednesday morning 2/11. The front desk Hispanic woman staff member was extremely rude and showed no sense of hospitality toward anyone who was checking in. Instead of being greeted with professionalism or even basic courtesy, the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. I went to this Urgent Care on 7/18 for a serious UTI. I was seen by Dr Renee Miranda who was very kind and extremely thorough. I was pretty miserable and she was asking questions about my symptoms, etc. She electronically sent a script over to Target which was also quickly filled. My brother and I came in after being sick for three weeks. They helped my brother to be able to hear again they didn't give up until he was able to hear out of both ears cleaned them out gave the right medication to soften it and the nurses were wonderful and they worked with us and they didn't frown on us or anything. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and now we're 23 minutes past that appointment time so that's 38 minutes that I've been waiting and remember I had an appointment. Review of Accelerated Urgent Care - Chino I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 PM and waited a total of approximately three hours without ever being evaluated by a provider. I waited over two hours in the waiting room before being initially called in. After that, I remained in the exam room for an additional hour with no communication regarding delays or expected wait time. I informed a medical assistant about my prolonged wait and my concerns. She stated she would remind the the physician i was there but did not return with any update. During this time, she was observed sitting and using her cell phone. I asked her again d for a status update, there was again no meaningful response or information provided only a smirk on her face and told me i would be seen soon. Soon! It had been 3 hours! And I had an appointment. I presented to urgent care with serious symptoms including shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest pressure. I was not sure if it was related to a previous cough i had an wanted to rule a possible more serious condition. Despite this, patients who arrived after me were taken back and treated before me. As a registered nurse, we are trained to know that when we triage a patient, priority is the ABC's (Airway, Breathing, Cardiac). They obviously need some training in patient triage. Overall, the experience reflected poor communication, lack of transparency regarding wait times, poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and inadequate triage for potentially concerning symptoms. Due to this experience, I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to others seeking timely or attentive urgent care services. read more

The front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful. However this 1 star review is for Janet Cruz, who should go back to school, not sure how she's practicing. Completely incompetent. Came here for an emergent condition which I encountered once before a few years ago, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Janet spent a total of 2min with me and was trying to give me a shot which was completely unnecessary. She also gave me 2 prescription and when I asked her why she gave me those meds, she insisted on they were correct. Fast forward a day later, not only did my condition not get better, it got significantly worse. I then had to go see a real doctor, and the doctor was shaking his head why Janet Cruz tried to give me a shot and those 2 meds which were completely wrong. The doctor gave me 1 prescription, which was very similar to what I receive the last time I had the same condition and explained to me the clinical experience and study results from a recent study. I took the meds and within 8 hours I was 60% better and within 2 days I was completely back to normal. Do NOT see Janet Cruz! She has no clue what she's doing. Malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I came in yesterday to receive care for my wrist pain and also for my 1 year old sons fever. Initially walking in, the wait room is clean, & there is plenty of seating. Three people stood out to me the most, they made my whole experience so positive: My nurse MIA was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of her line of work, She also helped hold my baby while i went into the X-ray room where he was not aloud, she's the best! I was then seen by Dr. JANNET and let me tell you, what a wonderful experience i had with her. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She also took her time and didn't try to rush out of the room fast like most doctors do. She actually cared about myself and my child. And lastly my X-ray tech JEROME was so nice, and did his job very well. Got me in and out quickly and you can tell he really does enjoy what he does. I went here after being turned away at carbon, which I'm glad happened now. The facility was bright, inviting, and clean. The woman at the front desk was very kind and inviting. She helped check me in prior to my appointment time. The woman who took my vitals was also very nice and worked quickly. I was sat in my room waiting for the doctor all within 10 minutes. The doctor came into the room right on time with my scheduled appointment time. He was very kind and quickly assessed the issue I had. He came up with a solution immediately on the spot and my prescription was ready for pick up in less than an hour at my preferred pharmacy. I have Kaiser & I was able to take my daughter to Accelerated Urgent Care to be treated, it's nice to know that they accept Kaiser along with other very well known health insurances. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end & I LOVE the fact that we have the option to check in online, the facility was very clean and the wait time was maybe about 15 minutes nothing compared to Kaiser wait times!
