Workers are kind and great. This is just a terrible company overall. They refuse to hire more workers and wait time is ridiculous.

This place is always busy. If you don't have an appointment be prepared to wait 2-3 hours. Although they are well staffed and at a steady buzzing pace all day, I found that all the ladies at the front and in the back are kind and efficient. They are also honest and helpful when guiding you through their order of operations. The doctors always seem to be in a rush though. The physical therapy team was helpful and that office is a little more calm than the urgent care side. read more

I arrived at 2:24 PM (arrival time is required to be documented). Upon check-in, the front desk staff member stated she had not received my authorization, which I had emailed to diroberson@concentra.com. I informed her that I had sent the authorization both to her email and to myself. After I confirmed receipt of my own copy, she then located the authorization. I was instructed to wait to receive a registration link. Approximately 20 minutes later, a white man arrived for a random, employer-required drug test. He was speaking loudly. He was provided with a registration link almost immediately. I waited until the staff member finished assisting him and then asked again for my registration link. I was told to wait. The white man completed his registration and was processed before I had even begun mine. After that, another patient was also seen and left, while I was still waiting. Once I finally completed registration, I asked whether patients are seen based on arrival time or registration time. The staff member appeared unsure and looked to another staff member who had not been present for the earlier interactions. That staff member stated that the white man had arrived before me, which was not accurate. Multiple people in the waiting area heard him state that he had just left work to come in for the random drug test, and he left a voicemail outside confirming this. As of 3:51 PM, I was still waiting to be seen. Additionally, the white man stated that during his previous visit in February of last year, he was told by the same staff member that the clinic was short-staffed. So that is just an excuse they give year round Update: currently 5:05 the nurse Leo was kind and gave me all my vaccines unfortunately I have to get blood drawn. The nurse they sent to get blood out came into the room and first thing out of her mouth. "Where is your vain" staring into my eyes asking me to show her my vein. I showed her my arms and says "no I want the vein where is it." Not looking at my arms literally asking me to show her which vein she needs to get the blood out of. "fine let me look" she said. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT???? I'm not a nurse. If I was I could probably do all this myself and I wouldn't be here. She poked me and said "no blood comes out let me see what they want to do." Like excuse me!!! I've been here waiting this whole time and she just says oh well. Dr Jackson S. came in and he was able to get the blood out. Took them longer to find the tube to put it the blood in than what it took him to find it. 5:20 all the lights are off and I'm finally done and get to leave this place hopefully will never come back to this location. read more

The most unorganized Clinic ever, went her for my FAA exam and this places takes hours. I called and they said an hour wait and it's near the Airport . So, I was thinking perfect, three hours and nothing yet and I paid already. The funny thing is that sign on the door say's , if you're aggressive they will contact your employer! I don't have one. I spoke to the front desk, and they told me that they only do health screenings until 2 PM, even though the clinic is open until 5 PM.

Everyone at concentra were helpful and tried getting everyone in and out. The Quality of work they do it's so good. They care about everyone that goes in and try to make sure they get out as fast as possible to get back to work. read more

Nice place and friendly staff. The facility was COVID compliant with limited seating inside and chairs offered outside to sit. Was nice to have the option to sit in my car and be called on my phone when ready. The reason for two stars is the wait time. Arrived 45 to 50 minutes after opening and waited 2 1/2 hr to be seen. The other reason for the low rating was that I was in for a fit test not an unknown diagnoses. No reason was provided and no reason why an Urgent care can't make an appointment for a routine practice. The test it's self was 20-30 minutes and with 2 1/2 hr wait I lost 3 hours of my day. I have visited Concentra for my physical examination in order to get a new job position. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. From the moment you walk in you will be dealing with bad attitude staff, extremely slow services (4hour+), and terrible examination practices. I visited this location two days in a row because they do not do appointments and the first day I received no assistance with questions. I would give a negative number if possible. I went there for a workers compensation claim assessment and they were 100% partial to the workers comp insurance company. I waited 5 hours to see Dr. Yaquob for the first time and she saw me for 15 minutes. She completely dismissed me and the facts. In this 1 visit for 15 minutes, she told my claims adjuster that there is nothing wrong with me . She Completely disregarded the medical records provided by Kaiser that indicate in detail my health situation. There was another patient (elderly lady)there who had just seen her . She came out crying as Dr. Yaquob told her that she caused the stroke and the stress from work is not the reason. Do not go to this place as she is unethical. Even when you have an appointment, the wait time is about 1.5 hours before they get you into a room. Just be prepaid to wait another hour before you see the doctor. The doctor will be with you for about 5 minutes and then you are rescheduled back in a couple days! Stay clear of this place!!!!! read more

So I wanted to leave a review because I think this place deserves so much more than they've gotten thus far. It's Monday and I walked in for a drug screening at 11:30. Front desk personnel was kind and very helpful. I was called in at about 12:26 and the nurse who assisted with the screening was patient and kind. It was a very quick process. As I was waiting, I did read the reviews and I know that the biggest issue is wait time. I just wanted to share my personal experience because I didn't wait the 3-4hours. Therapy department isn't the best here. Starting with Eileen very unfriendly and not very helpful I have stood there after finishing what she asked me to do only to have to wait another 5 minutes because she's standing there talking to one of her coworkers about what they are doing for the weekend. She is the most unfriendliest ever. David and the other girl that work at the front desk are very helpful and friendly they need more workers like them.I refuse to return here again.
