The guys just left a few minutes ago, and I was so pleased with the experience, I wanted to review ASAP. Not only were they both super personable and polite, but they completed the jobs much faster than I ever imagined. They were beyond professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were awesome about getting everything "just so" to my liking. They brought in the huge 20' ladder for the foyer fixture install, and were awesome about completing a difficult fit without doing the slightest bit of damage to the floors or wall. Also, the quote came in lower than a couple others ones in the area. I can't thank you guys enough for the service. Our neighbors had success with this company late last year and I'm glad I reached out for our needs. I would not hesitate to call on them again for any electrical needs. Wow!

This experience with Service Relief did not go well and still isn't fully resolved…read more First I called several weeks ago to schedule what I thought would be a minor job. No call back after a full week. I finally schedule service and the first service tech is unable to resolve the issue and says he will need to order parts. I get a date when they will come back and end up with a service tech that replaces the faucet and shower head and leaves me with a dripping shower faucet and a hole in the wall that I tells me I need to get an access cover with no real details. He also tells me that since they can't replace the fixtures in my bathroom sink I need to purchase a new vanity and faucet. Mind you over the several days that it took to come out the second time these items could have been ordered and at my home or ready for pick up. On the scheduled day of the third appointment I get a call as I am leaving work to get home for the service that indicates the service tech has an emergency and can't make it. On the fourth day I get several calls from scheduling about where to pick up the items I ordered and then finally requesting the order number. Two techs arrive to install the new vanity and faucet. During the install they started talking about me or another customer while in my bathroom. After all this they try to convince me that my shower faucet isn't leaking and then say if it starts to they can come back. In addition after they left I found two of my towels balled up on the floor wet and with debris in them. They never asked to use these towels for this purpose. My shower faucet is still dripping. At least I have new fixtures and a new vanity.

I've been doing that monthly for a year only to find out from another technician that this is ABSOLUTELY not normal and the feeder was broken from the inception. Service relief came out today and denied all responsibility because of course the 1 year warranty has expired. example # 2 -- prior to boiler installation called service releif out to check my AC unit in back yard. SAME technician told me your unit needs to be replaced and will cost like 12 grand -- i ordered a new fan from EBAY and installed it myself and unit has been working fine for last 2 years !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

They were great with communication about the job and answering any questions I had. Art's crew was great and did a good job even though it was nasty hot. The job ended up needing less work than expected, so Art reduced my bill - very grateful for everything!

Art and Jason came out, gave a fair quote and worked through the best option to re-run new pipe. Worked me in fairly quickly to minimize water bill costs, their field crew was great and worked through some brutally cold weather to get it done. There was actually an issue a few days later when the weather warmed up with a big rain and the backfill in my driveway settled way more than anticipated. I emailed, Jason had his crew come out a few hours later, and issue was solved. This was after the bill was already paid, so it's a good sign to me of how they run their business and care about quality/service. I'm in the construction industry and wish half the companies responded / performed as well and showed the care that ADB does.

They have a 24 hour number, but seeing as it was around midnight, we just called the regular number and left a detailed message. The owner contacted up promptly in the morning, and someone was here evaluating our problem within an hour and a half. The gentleman identified the problem, solved it with a rooter, and did a preliminary clean up of the area (yeah, it was a big help, just imagine). What impressed me most was the taking time to explain to us what'd happened, and to how to keep it from happening again, a good touch. Overall, great service, at an honest price, far and away better than dealing with a national brand. Hopefully I'll never need this service again, but if I did, we'd contact A1 again without a doubt.

He needed to run to get a special piece for my tub and gave me a time frame that he will be back by. Jamie was back in the time frame he gave and continued to work on my tub.
