Warning to parents considering enrolling their child with Accelerate Basketball Training Sydney, Australia. After registering our son for both the skills training and the elite team competition season with Accelerator Sydney, Australia and committing to over two hours travel time 3 days per week to participate in their not so cheap basketball programs for over 12 months. Despite being pleased with the overall coaching from the Head Coach Dwight, we were shocked and very disappointed when the concerns we raised with management, questioning the impact that a proposed increase in the number of training days, plus participating in a second association competition during the season, would have on our son, we were met with a barrage of verbal abuse and told in no uncertain terms where to go! An irascible person such as the Manager Ben, of Accelerate Basketball Sydney, Australia, should not be working with Children or running and managing any children's training programs. We therefore removed our child from the Accelerate Sydney, Australia Basketball Training program as we are not willing to entrust our son to someone with such volatile and inappropriate behaviour. read more
