Misdiagnosed by PA Brian then completely blown off by Dr Duckett causing delay in treatment and recovery. I had a difficult injury. If it was out of their abilities they should have been honest and referred me out instead of delaying me until I finally had enough pain and found a Dr who was knowledgeable about this injury. read more

I was forced to go here for an on the job related injury and Dr.Seidman was absolutely horrible. He took X-rays of my knee which was injured during a car accident and and I told him I was in sever pain. He then went on to brush me to the side and say I need no further treatment after just one visit. He could not explain to me why my knee was in pain nor showed any desire to help or even concern. He was very cold, rude, as well as disingenuous. Would not recommend going here to anyone! read more

Just terrible!! Went in for my knees and elbows They took some X-ray'sof knees. Told me I have arthritis and sent me home with no further treatment. Didn't even address my elbows till I reminded Dr. Katz. He asked if they took an X-ray, which they didn't, then sent me on my way. I wouldn't go back here because they do nothing to try and help you!! read more

Quick and easy appointment. I showed 10 early for new patient paperwork. 5 min after I turned it in I was called back for X-rays. Once those were complete, it was another 5 min wait for the PA. He listened to what I had to say and checked over everything. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I was confident in my diagnosis and recommended treatment. read more

Dr.Katz was recommended by Northside Hospital Forsyth after I broke both bones in my wrist with dislocation. It was a severe break. His expertise as a hand specialist appealed to me. I had a hard time finding reviews on him (I think he is new to the area) but the other doctors in the group had good reviews on my insurance website. His office got me in promptly for consult and surgery was a few days later. This is important because healing couldn't start until after surgery. Quick response also critical to limiting time on pain meds. I found Dr. Katz to be a compassionate and engaged healthcare provider. The surgery went well and my husband was impressed with the post-op consult. The office staff was friendly, especially Emma, the medical assistant. Dr. Katz called the day after surgery and his office answered my questions post surgery. At the last visit, Dr. Katz even assisted the xray tech by positioning and supporting my hand/wrist to get it in the necessary position. He had to use apron to shield himself from xray, but did so to limit my pain. He also provided occupational therapy recommendations close to my home. He took alot of time with me and printed one of the post-op xray pictures. The only negative is their office has the feel of a clinic. It is not a good representation of their professionalism. read more

When I made the appointment, they told me 45 minutes time frame. Based on this information, I took the appointment. I was still sitting in the waiting room almost an hour later. I explained this to the receptionist and she said that they never tell anyone how long it will take. I guess she was announcing to the entire waiting area that I was a liar. Honestly, she was just rude! I left and made an appointment at Northeast Georgia sports in Braselton and had a great experience from start to finish. read more
