Thanks, CU1, for understanding and responding to customers needs. Specifically, I was impressed with speedy procession of the waiting line, and the courteous and professional service received from the teller.

Alright, I've mostly had good experiences here and the tellers have been friendly, but today's…read moreexperience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I went to deposit my paycheck as usual. I expected to give the signed check, account number, and be all set. Instead the teller asks if I'm Nicole (yes) and if she can see my ID (unusual, unless you want a receipt with your account balance, but okay). She told me my check would be put on a three day hold because I hadn't deposited that much within the last 60 days. Excuse me? I deposit a check with that EXACT amount at that EXACT location at the end of each month. In fact, I'm certain she has been the teller to help me a few times before. Never have I been told there would be a hold. Also, I get paid only once per month and I support myself, so any kind of hold on my money means I can't pay all my bills on time. The teller checked again and found out she was in fact wrong. But she didn't say anything. No apology, not that she had made a mistake, nothing. She didn't ask if she could help me with anything else like every other teller has each time. I get that it's busy, it's a Friday, and you want to go home, really. But she just seemed put off, like I was inconveniencing her. I think for now I'll just stick to the South location as they have great customer service and not the ridiculously long lines this place has. I still really like CU1 as a whole, but I'm not sure I will return to this location.

Even though the Allstate claim team is located outside of Alaska when I needed to ask questions I called my local Devery Prince Allstate staff and they were always available to assist us and answer questions. Over the years, I've stayed with this agent and I appreciate they do not over-solicit new policies or coverage after I decline. I feel Allstate provides good rates and service for homeowners and motorcycle coverage.

They're really creepy, in an Amway/Stepford/Fembot way; they think we want to be best pals. Beware.

When I walked into Lance's office, I was emotional and overwhelmed. I was letting go of everything I had known for the past 39 years, and I was scared of what my future might hold. Lance immediately put me at ease. He truly cradled my soul in that moment and reassured me that I was in the right place and that Erik Bruce would take exceptional care of all my financial matters. Although Erik was out of town at the time, Lance stepped in without hesitation. While he may be young, it took only a few minutes for me to know I was in capable, trustworthy hands. What stood out most was not just his professionalism, but his genuine compassion. Lance does not simply take care of the clients who walk through the door--he truly cares about the advisors he leads and the clients they serve. Whenever Erik is unavailable, Lance personally handles my requests with the same level of care, attention, and respect. Thank you, Lance, for not only taking care of your advisors, but for being deeply involved with the clients they manage. You are a kind and steady presence during uncertain times. If you haven't taken the time to leave a review for these gentlemen, I strongly encourage you to do so--they are sincere, compassionate, and truly care about the people they serve.
