The company's representative showed up on time and I showed him the problematic screens that needed repair or replacement and he started measuring. Soon after measuring he turns to me and says, "you're only replacing two?". I said, "No I'm replacing three." His next comment was on how old the screens were and that they've must have been on the windows for a long time. I told him that I only purchased the house three years ago so I don't know how long the screens have been on the windows or if they've been replaced. I'm not sure what he was insinuating or where his line of questioning was supposed to lead but then he asked how I would like to receive the quote, by text, email or other. I told him whatever was easiest or convenient for him. He walked out the door and that was the last time I heard from him or the company. I never received the quote or a reason for their lack of interest in my business, not a text or a response on Yelp. I guess they have business flowing like a fountain through their doors or they thought my money wasn't green enough.
