I had an important work appointment in Val Caron I called AC Taxi earlier that morning in fact over 2 hrs ahead of time to secure my pick up AC Taxi is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst unproffessional people I have ever dealt with!! They ( AC Taxi) confirmed it would not be a problem. I called AC Taxi again 20 minutes ahead of my scheduled pick up time to confirm and was told " sorry we won't be able to make it" with no good reason other than they were too busy now from the same man whom I'd spoken to earlier to set the time of my pick up with I voiced my shock & dissapproval in there unproffessionalism only then did he say they would send somebody I couldn't take his word for it after that so I immediately called Valley East Taxi another company on my list thank god I jotted down more than one telephone number! Bob took my call and helped me in real hurry of a jam I know he had to juggle some stuff around in order to get me where I needed to go on time and I appreciate it more than words can say!! Thanks so much to Bob and the most lovely & genuine caring lady whom ever you are that let me go ahead of her so I could make it on time it is people like you that make this world a better place!!!! This company deserves a zero. The company does not check their online booking system. When I called…read moreto let them know the taxi did not arrive on time, I was told the online booking wasn't looked at and they would put a rush on a taxi to my location. It took 35 minutes for the taxi to arrive. This was not a rush. Then the driver was creepy. Comments were made about my shoes and he indicated he thought there might be traffic on the quickest route so we went all over town. The ride should have cost $20 max and ended up costing me $40. It was a horrible experience. The driver took the slowest route possible. This company must be run by thieves because they are not ethical and they are not professional. The company should not be allowed to stay in business.

The best taxi service in town! The drivers are always polite and friendly (if you want to chat,…read morethat is!) and the vehicles are lovely and clean. What really impressed me was that the other day a driver picked me up to take me to Shoppers for my flu shot. I've had him before and he's very nice and smart, so we were chatting. Well, I forgot my gloves in the cab! While I was waiting the 15 minutes after getting the shot, just shopping around, he actually came into the store to find me and give me back my gloves! That's going above and beyond the call of duty. I loved those gloves! Plus, Lockerby always arrives on time (or earlier) unlike the competition. Such great service -- even the dispatchers on the phone. Thanks to everyone!
