What really impressed me was that the other day a driver picked me up to take me to Shoppers for my flu shot. I've had him before and he's very nice and smart, so we were chatting. Well, I forgot my gloves in the cab! While I was waiting the 15 minutes after getting the shot, just shopping around, he actually came into the store to find me and give me back my gloves! That's going above and beyond the call of duty. I loved those gloves! Plus, Lockerby always arrives on time (or earlier) unlike the competition. Update 2: As of…read moreSeptember 19, 2014, they'e updated the interior a bit. In addition, they seem to use new buses for the run down to Toronto all the time as well. Still, no priority seating, so it's still a free-for-all in terms of those starting off in Sudbury. Staff still seem to do a good job, except for a few asshole & belligerent drivers. Wifi on the new buses is still hit or miss. On my last trip, it was rock solid for the most part from Sudbury down to Parry Sound, although I slept much of the way. Because of the updates, I've upped the rating. Greyhound could do better, considering Sudbury is the 'capitol of the north', and this is the only major station until you hit Thunder Bay.
